The house is old and has very basic amenities. It is not a fancy hotel. Hence the low price. The place has 5 bedrooms, a kitchen, toilet with shower and a patio on the above floor. The house has 2 floors and 2 separate living rooms on each floor. The place is very spacious. The kitchen has all the required amenities. There is an electric heater to keep yourselves warm during the cold weather.

The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay in the heat of summer and the cold of winter: a long veranda with lounger, equipped kitchen, large living room and many reading and play areas. The garden is large and has shady and sunny areas, a corner with aromatic herbs, citrus trees. The heating and cooling system will guarantee thermal comfort all year round.

Casa de Pedra is a cozy cottage, with living room and dining room with kitchenette , fireplace and a guest bathroom , two bedrooms and a main bathroom on the 1st floor and a bedroom in mezzanine on the roof. All spaces are heated. There´s a portable air conditioning in Room 1. It helps cooling the house in hot days but it's less efficient than a normal AC.
