This Luxury Conestoga Wagon is anything but ordinary! It is 25ft. long (180sq.ft) and has a 2 hoop, double canvas dome with “dead air space” insulation. Mitsubishi mini-split Heat and A/C. The wagon features a king size bed, and a set of twin bunk beds. Includes a wagon wheel glass top table, retro refrigerator with freezer, microwave, electric tea pot, coffee press, and toaster. Two night stands with USB outlets, and 7 standard electrical outlets. Overhead lights, wooden door, porch light!

The 44 Retreat Barndominium With New Indoor Gym

Make some memories at this beautiful Barndominium with indoor Gym! 5040 square feet of living space. Located 8 miles from the North Beach Of Bear Lake. Home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms with two full kitchens, yard, and volleyball net. There is a large fire pit for outdoor picnics. It’s able to sleep 29 guests. There is an additional fee of 10$ per person per day of numbers over 30. THIS INCLUDES PEOPLE COMING IN DURING THE DAY! No events or guests over 30 unless prior authorization!

The property includes the Log Cabin, the Bunk House, and the Milk House, along with a commercial kitchen in the Bunk House. The Ranch is ideal for corporate events and retreats, hunting and fishing groups, and weddings, and borders scenic BLM land, providing additional privacy and recreational and hunting opportunities. The Little Wood River flows through the property and is great for the avid fisherman. Just a few miles away from Carey, ID, Silver Creek Preserve and Little Wood Reservoir.

The Big Lost Ranch and Guest Cabins are located on the North Fork of the Big Lost River, 18 miles from Sun Valley, and 35 miles from Mackay ID. We have two rustic cabins (3 bedrooms) right on the river as well as a third cabin (The bar) which serves as your indoor cooking/dining/living room area. We are at 7200 feet, and surrounded by mountains and streams. This place is best for outdoor lovers. I only book one group at a time so you are guaranteed complete privacy to relax and unwind.

The Bunkhouse is right on the Lost River just two miles outside of the city of Mackay. Surrounded by mountains, there is an abundance of wildlife on the property, as well as a mile of river front to fish. The large bunkhouse can accomodate families or groups of fishermen, hunters, ATV riders or snowmobilers in the winter months. Year round activities are abundant at this property with beautiful views off the large deck overlooking The Lost River.

The Bunkhouse, AKA "The Barn", uniquely features queen "bed" master suite, single queen "bunk", double queen "bunk", and "bunk" with queen bunk beds. 1 1/4 seasonal quarter bath... The Outhouse, it flushes. We just installed a hot tub!
