Sensational! The house is exactly like in the pictures, very comfortable, cozy, spacious and tightly clean. The rooms have comfortable beds and cabinets embedded in the closets. Bed linen and towels are offered by the host. All very clean, smells and neat. The kitchen is super equipped in terms of pots, shapes, platters, cutlery, glasses, cups, glasses, clean dish cloths, large and very good stovetop, microwave and etc. A filter with ice water is a very positive differential. The BBQ area is also excellent, with everything you're entitled to! In this space we also have access to a beautiful swimming pool and the jacuzzi. Rosi and her husband live upstairs and clean them upstairs, which makes the experience very comfortable. We made a family trip and enjoyed the house a lot, in addition to the beautiful beaches , all very close by (5-8 minutes' drive away). Although not in the face of the beach, the location is execellent! I hope to return and strongly recommend!

I really enjoyed the stay. The house is very large and airy. The beach in front is great for those looking for privacy. The address in the system sent us to another location, but the host sent us the correct address in the sequence and everything worked out.

Upon arriving at the site we were greeted by the friendly couple (Max and Sintia) who promptly introduced us to the premises. We were very comfortable and broke we took advantage of the pool and the barbecue. It is noticed that the couple takes great care of the house with great care and zeal. Giant house with great barbecue area, excellent pool, great location with proximity to conveniences, such as pharmacy, supermarkets, etc... Mateus was always very courteous and helpful. It is noticeable how well the space is well cared for and well thought out, so that the guest can have a welcoming experience. The site serves as few as many people. For those looking for a quiet place, to have contact with nature (as was my case) is a great option. The spaces are all very large, clean and well cared for. The barbecue area is very beautiful, located next to a river, with a natural, super clean and well-kept pool of water. For those staying in a larger group of people, you have the possibility to have fun with a sand court (with a volleyball net mounted). The area of the accommodation (except the barbecue area, which is separate) is all fenced, providing safety for those staying with children and/or pets. The pictures are very good, but the in-person experience is even better. Super recommend and I will certainly return at other times.

Wonderful place for those who want to relax and like the simplicity of the countryside, exuberant nature, pleasant climate, there is no carrier signal, but the Internet is wonderful. Simple and cozy accommodations, everything very clean and organized. Henrique the host is super attentive. Super warm reception, with a delicious 😋 cake and natural jam. We had a lot of fun and plan to return for sure.

It was an amazing weekend with my son, away from the screens and hustle and bustle of our routine. I wanted to take him to a quiet place where he could enjoy nature and tranquility to walk, run and play barefoot, as well as having the possibility of hiking in some nearby place. That's exactly what I found. A very well-kept house, with plants and visiting birds and at times even little monkeys. Everaldo and his wife's attention is amazing. They were always concerned if we were well settled or if we needed anything. They gave us great tips on places to visit in the area and restaurants for our meals. I felt an immeasurable sense of well-being with my family, so as soon as I can, I'll be back to enjoy the place and the hosts' attention a little more.

Excellent location, close to bar, restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries. Right next to the beach. Very large house and a huge yard.

My family and I had a wonderful stay, Gustavo was very helpful and always responded immediately to my messages, we were greeted by Selma and Marcos (Gustavo's parents) who were extremely polite, super high-spirited, helpful, and concerned with everything for our comfort. I can only thank them. And we can go without fear, the house is wonderful, everything is clean and very comfortable. (Selma gave us tips on the best beach to take the kids, we love it.

Best Airbnb in Iriri, you sleep listening to the sea and wake up looking at it. Quiet but safe street, literally on the sand. We were with kids so it was perfect, we didn't have to go to the beach carrying a lot of things because we were in the back yard of the house hehe very nice. Super polite and helpful hospitality. There was a faucet leaking, and she took care of it in the same day even though it was a short stay.

Great place to stay - Maria was extremely responsive and helpful, and went out of her way to arrange a taxi for us back to Vitoria airport. Her parents were also extremely welcoming and everything went very smoothly throughout. Very comfy rooms and great facilities! We highly recommend Maria's place to anyone wishing to stay in the area :)

I had an amazing weekend at Kátia's house! The cleanliness was spotless, all very organized and well cared for. The location is simply perfect — right on the sand, with a side view and direct access to the beach. An ideal place to relax and enjoy in comfort. I highly recommend it!

The accommodation was very good , I went with family members, well organized house, full kitchen, has extra fans. I recommend the stay, although it is a few blocks from the beach the access is easy and the neighborhood quiet. I will come back more often. Note 10.
