Villa holiday rentals in İçmeler Beach

We were very pleased. Your smiling face and service were very good. The pool and the villa were cleaned wonderfully. When we came to this region, it became a place we would always prefer. Thank you for making us feel at home:)

The villa was absolutely beautiful and was very spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable, lots of bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The seating area outside was very comfortable and had beautiful views. We would highly recommend it!

This house is really great for a group holiday, all bedrooms have aircon. The kitchen is well equipped and the location is great for the beach and nice bars/restaurants. The street is shady and it is a short walk to the beautiful beach. Supermarkets, bakeries, exchange office are all within 4 minutes walk. The owner is very responsive and she bought a brand new coffee machine just for us. She was also flexible for the check-in and check-out planning. The only point is that there are not shutters or thick curtains in the bedrooms so they get some light in the mornings, no problem if you are not disturbed by light. There is one shady parking and you can also park more cars in front of the house. We really loved our stay, the 4 kittens outside were a lovely bonus!

Mr. Osman was extremely caring, the house was very clean and very comfortable for our stay for 4 people. It made our vacation very easy with its location close to all the attractions.

Defne’s place was absolutely perfect! The apartment was very clean and beautifully maintained we felt right at home from the start. The location was ideal for exploring the area, with everything within easy reach. Defne was an outstanding host warm, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. She took great care of us, and we truly didn’t have a single worry. We were completely happy and would come back anytime.

The house had everything we might need. I think transportation without a car is impossible, Marmaris is far from the center. You can reach the bays in the Söğüt neighborhood by car in 5 minutes. You will also need a car for the market and other needs. The house, garden and pool are spotless. It was the best house I've ever stayed in through Airbnb:) We thank Ms. Buse, who also helped with activities, bays to visit, boats, etc. :)

This place is really excellent. The villa is beautiful with a view of the sea and the private pool is very enjoyable. The villa was very clean and well equipped. Our host, Arda was very helpful. The location is great, walking distance to beach, great restaurants and very relaxing.

We had a holiday in a villa for the first time, but we regretted why we didn't do it before because it was just great, Mr. Hakan was very hospitable, he welcomed us very well, and the care they gave to the villa was magnificent, we were not missing anything, and it was too much, so we were very satisfied, I hope we will go again.

We had a great stay the villa, it’s in a great location easy to walk to shops and restaurants and far enough to feel private. The pool is great!

This place is a nature lover's dream! The gardens are gorgeous and the pool was perfect for our group. We loved that it felt secluded, but was still close to the road and a small store. The different room setups worked well for our family, and the kitchen had the equipment we needed. The main drawback was the mosque just across the street that made it hard to sleep full nights in the rooms facing the road. All in all though, we definitely recommend this place for a relaxing and unique getaway!

First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Ali for hosting. The house was as it appeared in the photos, it was spotless and had more than all the equipment we could need, it was clean and new. Mr. Ali also shared all the usage information about the house before the stay. The place was peaceful in the woods. It was very easy to get to the bays and attractions around by car. It was a pleasant holiday for us, I recommend you to experience it ✌️

We stayed at this villa for two weeks, and I must say, the experience was simply magnificent. The house spans three floors and has two kitchens, making it incredibly spacious. Everything is brand new, and the villa features a wonderful large swimming pool. The beach is approximately a 15-minute walk away. The owner is very hospitable and pleasant, always quick to respond and assist with any questions we had. I highly recommend this villa. We had such a wonderful vacation. Thank you so much!

Ms. Esra is extremely meticulous, tidy, her communication skills are extremely strong, the house is sparkling clean. She gave advice on everything, we had a hard time leaving the house. It was one of our most memorable holidays. I'm sure we'll see you again soon ♥️

Ipek was so wonderful, not only proactive and responsive but was able to accommodate my family of 10, with last minute transfer from port, as we had a last minute cancellation from initial transfer. Additionally, she was quick to provide us with answers to many questions and recommendations on different restaurants and services offered in the area. Ipek was very hospitable, super friendly, knowledgeable and enjoyed every suggestion and service she provided us. We hope to come back again. Thank you so much iPek :-)

So in fear of looking silly but wanting to leave an honest review. We arrived a day early. (dont ask, booking flights and accomadation separately with mutiple people can be confusing) Ehat was kind enough to organise a transfer from Dalaman airport to the appartment, and when we arrived (a day early) his response was fast and very helpful. thankfully no one was at the accomadation and he was able to let us stay a day earlier than booked. he also made a call and orgainised a car to collect us from the airport and met us at the apartment. (above and beyond helpful)

It was a very clean, comfortable, pleasant and complete villa experience for us. We stayed with ten people and had no difficulty, on the contrary, everything from the toilet to the rooms to the kitchen and pool was spotless and very useful. Everything has been thought out. In nature, walking distance to the sea, it also has a view in a room upstairs. Apart from that, Mr. Hakan was a very kind and thoughtful, caring and helpful host in everything. Turunc is a really sweet and decent place. The sea is great, their place is nice and not expensive, the tradesmen are on their own and helpful. We would definitely recommend!

This beautiful house is something for eyes and soul. Great carving, lovingly decorated, surrounded by flowers, overlooking the sea or olive trees from the windows. We enjoyed staying in it very much. The pool was serviced every day and was crystal clear. You can walk to the beaches, about 20-30 minutes, but we had small children with us and preferred to drive a few minutes by car. Especially recommended are the restaurants on the river, which are within walking distance of the property. Aysen is a warm host who helped us a lot with every issue. If we asked her for advice (my brother-in-law got sick), she was there for us immediately. It may be important to know that the sleeping areas can only be reached via a set of stairs that could be challenging for the elderly who are wobbly on their feet. That wasn't an issue for us, though. We will be happy to come back!

We would like to thank Mr. Mustafa, his wife and the sweet girl of the world:) They were a great host to our pleasant holiday. Everything about the house and garden was much nicer than it looked in the photos. The house is clean, all the items in the house were adequate and tastefully furnished. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom detail of each room is a nice detail for 2 families to stay. The size of the pool is very good, and the shower next to it meets this need. The garden is surrounded by greenery and the berries we picked from the fruit trees colored our table. The view from the balcony is so immense that it made me say 'glad I'm here'. An additional detail to all of this is that although the host's house is included in the same garden, you think you are alone in the house with their attentive behavior. They respect privacy. In summary; a very peaceful holiday home close to Dalyan. It is not possible to relax, not to enjoy:)

Murat & Elif`s Villa is fantastic. If you are looking for peace and quiet, privacy and a view to die for, this is the place. Everything is top quality. The building, the indoor and outdoor furniture and the design of the outdoor space. You have a beautiful pool and surrounding area plus an upper terrace area with two separate seating areas and a barbeque. On top of that there is another area at the side of the villa that houses a table tennis table, a football game table and a hammock. All this and the fabulous view, what is not to love. At the bottom of the hill by the water edge there is a selection of very good restaurants. The villa`s owners run one of them, the Nautilus, where both the food and service are quite excellent. From the first moment you enter, it's where you feel at home. Hasan Bey's beloved wife Nuran Hanım, who greeted us as soon as we arrived, took care of us with Mr. Hasan along with Mr. Hasan until the end of our trip. Whatever you need in the house is available, and if there is anything missing, they already provide it right away. It is clean, comfortable and very comfortable. We stayed with 4 adults and 2 little ones. Everyone was extremely satisfied with the enjoyment during the holiday. Mr. Hasan and Ms. Nuran gave us information about going, places to see, gave advice for restaurants (if you go during the high season for restaurants, it is full). The house is a 5 min walk to the bazaar, restaurants and shops. Now we have a house in Selimiye. I look for the view and the morning coffee I drink on the terrace that accompanies the sunrise every day. I hope to be able to go again as soon as possible..

My wife and daughter and I had a very comfortable, comfortable and beautiful holiday. We had a calm and peaceful stay in an extremely beautiful stone villa. The 3 villas inside are far enough from each other to provide you with a private space. The pool in the middle is very clean and daily maintenance and cleaning. Ms. Vera is warm and helpful. It brings together German quality and Turkish hospitality. You arrive right away when you need it. Other than that, it doesn't seem like much. It gives you a lot of space to experience your private time. Their approach was very pleasant. There is no need to tell you about the Orhaniye experience. Max. half an hour everywhere. The world's most beautiful bays…

Osman’s villa was the ideal home for our gathering of family and friends. Steps from the main strip of restaurants, bars and shopping. The river at our doorstep, and the main beach and port just a pleasant few 100m walk. Osman could not have been a better host. Throughout our stay our party continued to grow in number and Osman was always attentive and quick to respond to our every request for additional linens, towels, etc. He is an excellent host and you are in good hands with him here in Akyaka. We will definitely be back!
