Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ichikawa

入住的那一瞬間就感受到民宿主人經營的用心，環境非常乾淨整潔，香氛迷人完全沒有小空間的壓迫感。房間不算大，不過居住起來非常舒適，各項生活用品齊全，到處都看得到主人的用心。已經在期待下一次再次造訪。再次謝謝主人的用心，在異地一樣有家的感覺。

Such a great find! The flat is stunning and looks exactly as described, spacious and very nicely designed and decorated. The area is also very vibrant, loads of restaurant and the host kindly provide a long list of places to go

We did have one strange hiccup where when we arrived at 3:20 (after check in), there was still a man inside who said he was wrapping up cleaning along with three other adults with luggages. Not sure if they were the previous guests doing a late luggage check out, but it definitely made us a little uncomfortable. Other than the strange check in, this apartment was perfect for my husband and I. It was clean, walkable, and had everything we needed.

Pobyt w mieszkaniu spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Idealne miejsce dla 4 osobowej grupy/ rodziny. Udogodnienia w mieszkaniu: pralko-suszarka ze środkami czystości, szampon, odżywka do włosów, żel do mycia ciała, rąk, ręczniki, mała deska do prasowania, żelazko, odkurzacz, obuwie na zmianę, parasole, klimatyzacja, tv, przenośny modem z internetem. Materace raczej twarde, ale wygodne. Zameldowanie bardzo proste dzięki szczegółowym wskazówkom gospodarza. Bardzo dobry kontakt z wynajmującym. Okolica spokojna, na każdej uliczce sklepy z każdym asortymentem , restauracje. Do dworca kolejowego 4 min spokojnym spacerem. Polecam to miejsce jako wypadowe do zwiedzania Tokio i do odpoczynku w ciszy po intensywnym dniu. ☺️👋

Rua was very helpful and understanding when my check in was delayed due to airline delays. The place was easy to find and in a nice area

We had a wonderful stay at Miho’s place! The apartment itself is adorable with the comfiest bed and ambient lighting. The neighborhood was also lovely as it was very quiet but with plenty of restaurants and cafes. Miho’s guidebook was also extremely helpful when choosing places to eat. We always looked forward coming back to Mitaka after being in the city center! Thank you for an amazing stay :)

My family and I loved staying here! Firstly we love the location, The house was 8-10 minutes walk from the train station and there were so many local eateries nearby and marts to explore. It’s a direct line from airport and so easy to go to other parts of Tokyo. The house itself was very comfortable and comes with complete amenities. It was clean, spotless, tidy and smells great. Check in was straight forward and host is very responsive via chat. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at Yoko's place. Close to both subway and train stations. Very safe neighborhood even as we walked home at 11pm thru the back alley. We had little issue with locating the address but it is due to us not being familiar with Japan. Yoko responded right away when I messaged her and it was a smooth sailing after that. We would definitely rent her place in the future.

숙소는 다른 일본 호텔에 비해서 놀기 너무 좋았으며 마트와 편의점이 가까워서 너무 좋았습니다. 그리고 기까운 역들도 근처에 많이 있어서 버스를 조금만 타고 가도 잘 다닐 수 있어수 편했습니다.

Clean and tidy space, with a nice little terrace area upstairs. Plenty of options for sleeping and the kitchen was very well stocked with cooking equipment. Great communication from the host. Thank you very much!

Absolutely loved our stay at Hiromi’s place. Hiromi and her husband were excellent hosts - even buying a small gift for our 3 year old. The house has everything you need with comfortable beds and super close to the train station.

Had a wonderful 4 nights at Mr.Koji’s place it was exactly as described . Our small family of 5 ( 3 kids) had a restful time. The host had setup some snacks and coffee for us and the amenities were spot on. The attention to detail and little things like coffee filters /adequate cutlery for kids / umbrellas etc is something which is usually missing from other more commercial AirBnbs. Overall an excellent location, surrounded by good places to eat and at the same time a quiet and safe neighborhood is what made this accommodation a big win for us. We hope to back here sometime next year. Felt like a home away from home. Thanks Mr. Koji.

The place was very clean and comfortable, and as shown in the pictures. It’s beautiful, too, with the artwork and the feel of a traditional Japanese home. It was literally a stone’s throw away from the convenience store, very near the grocery and local Daiso, and beside restaurants, and a few minutes from the train station. The host was very responsive and accommodating. It was at least an hour away from places like Ginza, Shibuya, Shinjuku, etc. by train, though, and since we were 6 people it ended up a little pricey to ride the train to go places everyday. But it’s a direct ride to and from the airport so we saved also from having to hire a private car for airport transfers. Overall it was very comfortable and clean, and a nice and refreshing place to go home to after a day of sightseeing.

Suzu and co-host were great. Location was excellent, walking distance to nearest station. Just about 5-7 minutes, second street behind the Main Street. Vending machines just across the rental, and good price too. Everyday we would get a drink before heading out to the station to explore. There is an entire row form the station with many food options. 24-hour convenience markets and restaurants. There is one food spot that is take out that opens 24 hours, and one of our “go to place” to eat. You can eat there too, but with a large group, take out was easier. The area is peaceful and quiet. Great place to return to after a hustle and bustle of the city. Two of rooms are a little tight but makes sense as the beds were larger than expected and they were so comfortable. Great sleep after a long walk. The room with one bed was adorable. Lots of space with kid area and nice balcony to see the view.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The clear instructions provided made check-in a breeze, and I was welcomed by a friendly staff member who kindly assisted me with my luggage. The place was impeccably clean, equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. It was pleasantly quiet, and just a 5-minute walk to the subway station.

Host was very responsive, and listing matched descriptions and pictures in the listing. The unit is 3 min walk from train station, which is really convenient. Host explained how to use all appliances. Quick response from host whenever we ask any questions. Would highly recommend this place!!

Great place and quiet neighbourhood Nearest station is like 5 minutes on foot and about 20-30 minutes for shinjuku so you don’t have to travel a lot to get to the center of Tokyo Kota is very responsive and helpful Definitely recommend

Superb stay in Shimokitazawa. We really loved the area (enough going on but not as mental as Shibuya). The apartment was a great base for a few days and the tub was a bonus. Thanks, would stay again ⭐️

Klein aber Fein. die Unterkunft hat wirklich ALLES was man braucht. Sie ist auch sehr sauber und zentral.

We really enjoyed Aileen’s place for the 6 nights we stayed and we really found the Nakano station very convenient being on the Chuo Rapid line we could get to Shinjuku in 5 minutes. And from there we had several connecting lines to travel anywhere within Tokyo. The space in the apartment was lavish compared to the cramped Tokyo hotel rooms and we could easily have all our luggage in the living room. The deck was an added bonus as it has some spectacular sunset views. Overall a wonderful place to be in a quiet area but close to the action.

Stayed with four people, but felt the accommodation was spacious especially for Tokyo standards. The host was very responsive and very accommodating!
