Located on the most romantic paved old pedestrian street of the village, is 5min walking to the port, near marina's taverns and cafes and to "Spasmata" beach. The house is located very centraly in Neo Karlovasi, a couple of minutes walk from the central square. It is in a very nice, picturesque, colourful and traditional neighborhood of the town. It is halfway uphill providing with stunning views over Karlovasi from the small yard that is just outside the house. The yard is accessible to the guests, with all the accessories (bbq, table, chairs etc). Enjoy magnificent sunsets from the yard or the front window of the house

Barraki Karavostamo

You'll have a wonderful time in our quiet neighborhood. Although there is a small free view of the sea the house is located 5 minutes (on foot) away from the beach and village square (Karavostamo), 15 minutes (by car) from the beautiful harbour of Evdilos Ikaria and 25 minutes or so under the beautiful beaches and areas of northern Ikaria (Kampos, Gialiskari, Armenistis, Mesakti). Welcome and have a nice summer.
