Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Iberian Peninsula

As a couple in their late 50’s this place was ideal. It was in the centre of all the tourist attractions, restaurants and cafe’s. We love walking so staying here made sense as we just walked around everywhere and didn’t have to spend on tram, buses or taxi. The flat was a lovely size and had everything in it to make you comfortable. The only thing I would say as it’s above a bar/restaurant and lots of other restaurants in the area it is noisy till early parts of the morning but that didn’t bother us as we just loved how central it was to everything and we could pop in and out of the flat with ease. If you are one who needs absolute peace and quiet then this flat will not be for you. Communication was very good with the host and instructions on getting to the flat were very clear. We took the bus to and from the airport for 6 euros which was brilliant. Thank you very much Boutike for everything- we really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely recommend.

This place is diamond level ! They had everything we needed to enjoy the beach that’s a walkable distance from the location. Cozy, quiet, and great location. Would definitely recommend!

10/10! Spacious, comfortable, clean and fully equipped apartment. Full kitchen with utensils, coffee, and everything you need. Private parking. Located in a very good area close to the market. The host José Luis was very attentive and kind, with excellent communication. He offered us complete information about the places we were going to visit, as well as very useful recommendations. Totally recommended, the best for spending a few days in Porto and its surroundings. I'm sure we'll be back

The apartment is really very nice, even better than in the photos. The decoration is neat, the rooms are comfortable and the two terraces are a real plus. The view is clear which is very nice. I highly recommend this listing!

An excellent luxury apartment, super comfortable, spacious, very beautiful decoration and with an exemplary view. It has everything, it is very well equipped and it is super comfortable and quiet. The truth is that this place is one of the best experiences..... the people who welcomed my group and me, super good, kind people and above all very attentive to always respond to what we needed. Finally, it is great, it deserves a 1000 out of 10

We stayed here as a family of 9 with three kids. It was such a great place in the heart of Madrid. We could walk everywhere and the location was perfect. Miguel was so accommodating and very responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Such a lovely place that was ideally located within a 5-15 minute walk to most important sites and experiences. The apartment was very clean, spacious and well decorated and in a quiet location in the middle of the city.

My stay here was wonderful! The location is very central and the best, overlooking a beautiful, small park, surrounded by typical Spanish buildings and great restaurants, shops and bars in the neighborhood. It is over-all quiet but you still feel part of the city with it's lively vibes. The stylish apartment is even better than I had expected, with everything in it you need, a great balcony with a bathtub on it (!) to cool off when it's very hot, and a little gym. The view is amazing, overlooking the city, the big cathedral and the snowy mountains, the Sierra Nevada! Perfect. So I extended my stay and will be back. Thank you Rosa, for making my stay pleasant and easy:-).

Everything was perfect. Reyes received us perfectly. The apartment is as it appears in the photos. Everything was perfect and Reyes is a lovely person. Very good service.

What a lovely time we have had, the apartment is a 15 minutes walk to a sandy beach.Several bars and shops within walking distance. The huge rooftop terrace is where we stayed most of our holiday. It is well equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs, BBQ and shower, also incredibly safe.The pool area was fantastic, the kids spent most of the holiday in the pool, the pool area was only accessible by a key which also made it safe and private. Best of all our host Marcos,he could not have done any more to make our holiday any more enjoyable.He provided us with baguettes, pastries, milk, water, sliced meat, drinks, champagne, beer,ice creams, wine and the big bowl of fruit.He kept topping us up all week. Also toothbrushes, shower gel,tea bags,coffee pods, dishwasher and washing machine tablets. Pool towels on our arrival as we arrived before check in and tshirts as a gift to the children when we left and arranged taxis. He made us feel safe and looked after. Marcos you deserve 6Stars

Natacha’s apartment was a wonderful base for our time in Lisbon. The apartment is so well stocked - we travelled with our 15m old and there was a high chair, baby bath and even cutlery for her. The flat itself was clean and tidy, very comfortable and we found it quiet even though there were some building works going on across the street. The pool area was absolutely fantastic and an extra bonus was the underground parking. Would recommend to anyone visiting Lisbon, especially those with children. Thanks Natacha for being so kind and helpful during our stay!

Excellent apartment in a fantastic location. Very close to the marina, beach, restaurants and shops, right on the beachfront. Apartment is ideal for a couple, good size, with all one needs for a stay of a few days or a week or two. Check-in with hotel reception was quick and effortless. We easily found a place in the hotel car park which was a plus. The view from the balcony of the apartment was stunning and the perfect place to unwind with a glass of wine. Unwinding by the hotel pool to top up your tan was a great experience, many hotels we have stayed at in the past did not have an ample amount of sun loungers, not here, there are plenty and there is no need to dash down to the pool at 7am to place your towel on one. ;) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jimmy & Nadine's apartment and the best compliment we can give is - we would not hesitate to stay there again, only for longer next time. Communication was quick and on point. Thanks!

We had an amazing stay at Julia’s place! The view alone is worth the stay. It’s very quiet, comfortable and just up the street from old town. Great restaurants and coffee and beaches within walking distance. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Ericeira this is the place!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was spacious and easily accommodated our family of 7, which can be hard to find. Everyone had enough room to relax comfortably after long days out exploring the city. The location couldn’t have been better — it’s just a short walk to a lively plaza filled with great shopping, restaurants, and cafes. Public transportation was also super convenient, with both metro and bus stops nearby, making it easy to get around without a car. The host was responsive and helpful,. Highly recommend this place for families or larger groups looking for a well-connected, comfortable stay!

Sanama's Blue House is beautiful. It was located near a market, pharmacy, many restaurants and literaly steps away from the beach. You can also catch bus 35 from across the pharmacy and it takes you right by the Cathedral. Sanam communicated well and immediately with us when we had questions. I would definitely stay here again. The evening still along the coast were amazing too!!!

We had the pleasure of staying at Sophie and Bruno's, the beautiful garden allows you to fully enjoy the pool. The house is also a haven of peace, the rooms with neat decoration are very pleasant and their individual bathrooms a real plus! The charming terrace offers a conviviality to the whole for a successful stay. Thank you!

7 of us stayed here for 3 nights and honestly had such an amazing time. We had lots planned so didn’t spend an excessive amount of time in the villa but the time we did was just brilliant - the pool / outdoor areas were just magic! Will be back :)

We had a fabulous stay at Hector and Marta's place. It was a proper airbnb and was a home from home. The apartment was spotless and well equipped. Beds were extremely comfortable. Lots of little extras provided to make our stay more enjoyable. The views from the kitchen and the patio area were amazing and the pool was fabulous especially as we had it completely to ourselves. Hector was very helpful throughout our stay and always replied quickly to any questions. Would highly recommend this airbnb as it is one of the best we have stayed in.

Gustavo’s place is amazing, and Gustavo is the best host. He was extremely responsive and made sure our stay was comfortable. He made numerous helpful recommendations, and really made our time in Madrid enjoyable. His place is pristine and beautiful, & we will definitely be staying here the next time we’re in town! This is a stunning home. Everything you need for a lovely holiday. Slightly out of town but we felt that was an advantage. We would love to come back one day!

The villa is well situated on the outskirts of Las Negras in a great setting. The house is nicely designed with some interesting features. There is ample space (and in our case unused areas) and the outdoors amongst the local mountains felt both private and open. The village is close by with all required amenities and the location is ideal to explore the stunning Cabo de Gata area. We had no use for them, but with several options for cinema/projections, I would suggest bring a VGA/HDMI appliance to maximise film watching options. Would definitely recommend.
