Domaine pittoresque, chargé d'histoire, au calme avec un jardin magnifique. Logement propre avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Béatrice et son mari nous ont très bien accueillis, séjour très agréable dans ce lieu d'exception !

Wow, where to start. David is the consummate host and meticulous about his place. His passion and eclectic personality are evident in every fine detail. We loved the meld of high-tech touches and authentic architecture; right down to original Gaudi floor tiles juxtaposed with a super modern kitchen. We slept very well in the comfortably spacious bed and enjoyed the open bathroom set-up. There were so many snacks, confectioneries, and a variety of teas and coffees that made breakfast a delight. We loved the complimentary artisinal bread, yum! The home is well situated near Les Planes train station where it's a short 15-min ride to Barcelona. We fell in love with Sant Cugat, which is 3 stops in the opposite direction from Barcelona. There's also a super Saturday market at Vallderiex where you can have oysters and champagne, do some antiquing, and find the best fresh produce. We just loved this place and it's environs. Highly recommended!

L’accueil de Jose a été très chaleureux. Il a pris le temps de nous accueillir en personne, nous a bien expliqué ce qu’il y avait à voir et fait des suggestions de restaurants. Il nous a partagé l’histoire de la maison et sa passion pour rendre cet endroit aussi unique et charmant. Une terrasse est adjacente à l’appartement qui est situé sur le toit de la maison. L’appartement est bien équipé et ils ont su garder un charme historique. Des petites attentions comme le pain frais le matin, eau et bières dans le frigo sont aussi fournies. Vous ne serez pas déçu.

A beautiful apartment amongst the vineyards very close to St Emilion ( driving by car) Breakfast in the garden was lovely and Jeanne was such a lovely host ! Made us feel at home from the get go and her recommendations and advice was most welcome!

La casa es muy cómoda y todo coincide con las fotos y la descripción. Recomendable para una escapada tranquila y de desconexión. Fuimos con dos bebés y dos perros y la casa está genial para poder disfrutar todos

This is a lovely appartment with amazing views from the living room and really nice furniture and decoration making it a great place to stay and relax. The pictures can't quite capture it all. It's set in the tiny village of Proacina and the town cats and friendly old dog come and great you on arrival - a real plus for our kids. There's all sorts of walks around and Tino provided lots of useful information. Take some food and supplies with you and you won't want to leave.

If you are visiting this extraordinary part of the world and have the chance to stay then book here! The view from the little porch area is magnificent, sat there with a bottle of red after a fantastic meal at the restaurant in the village, watching the sunset was just amazing. I’m so glad we included this place on our road trip, the walks are always incredible and breathtaking. Hot water, clean bedding, comfortable living area also. Also our host bought us a lovely breakfast in the morning. Thanks so much for a great stay

Su and her place in San Sebastián are great — the reviews speak for themselves. She’s very communicative, super helpful in getting you situated in the area, and can help you make really hard-to-find reservations (Elkano, for example). She helps with daily recommendations and her place is clean, exactly as described, and located right in the middle of La Parte Vieja of San Sebastián, 50 steps from the best pintxos in the world. 5 stars!!

Carmen is a wonderful host, welcoming, friendly and very quick to respond. The provisions Carmen left for us were very generous and much appreciated. We were grateful not only for everything the apartment had to offer but for the peace and quiet there which is a surprise as it is very conveniently centrally located. Parking on site is a huge bonus when on a driving holiday as we are and the basement garage offered security which we needed. The apartment is a short walk to great restaurants and Valladolid’s sights. The apartment boasts a comfortable bed, great shower, every convenience you could possibly need and a terrific location. On top of that Carmen has thought of everything. An absolutely first class Airbnb worthy of 5 stars in every category.

Beautiful apartment right on Plaza Mayor. Well appointed, really interesting antiques and art (and furniture), just a wonderful experience, practically and aesthetically. Really just one of our favorite stays ever. We happened to be staying there during the San Isidro festival, so the square was full of people and workers erecting a giant stage (followed by lots of sound checks). Worth noting that the windows do an amazing job of blocking out the noise from the square. Practicalities: great location (although there's a half block walk from any street), near the sights and the markets and so much of the heart of Madrid. Grocery store less than a block away. Tons of great food nearby. Only downside: the apartment was so beautiful that we explored less than we would have otherwise!

The apartment was beautiful. It felt very spacious with the high ceilings and double height windows everywhere bathing the space in line from sun rise. We slept very well thanks to the airconditioning and the quiet despite being in an animated neighbourhood. The host was very responsive and I appreciated very much the flexibility around keeping our luggage until we were mean to go to the airport later afternoon. Looking forward to the next visit.

Great stay - we had a wonderful experience here! I found Lilian's stay by looking for places to visit near Barcelona, and Airbnb suggests it since it's outstanding rating. I saw the reviews and knew right away that this would be an amazing experience. It indeed is, we arrived around 11 pm at night, and Lilian greeted up and gave us a quick tour. Lilian's place is sparkly clean. She prepared the breakfast for us and showed us how they remodeled the house. It was a very unique experience, and we loved it!

Ana è una persona splendida, con una grande cultura sui luoghi e la storia che condividere volentieri. Una artista con molto talento e simpatia, ti fa sentire a casa. Gentile e premurosa. La stanza è bella, pulita con una vista bella. Letto comodo. Bagno con vari asciugamani e shampoo. Dintorni interessanti da visitare. Alloggio facile da raggiungere. Autobus a 2 min portano nel centro città e viceversa in 5 min. La terrazza della casa ha una vista che rimane nel cuore. Le colazioni più belle mai fatte. CONSIGLIO!

Una casa del sueño. Buscabamos un sitio donde desconectar de la rutina, con tranquilidad y intimidad. Y lo hemos podido hacer. Ha sido maravilloso. Por otra parte, Valérie y Matthieu han sido muy amables en todo momento. Estoy segura de que volveremos. 😘

Nous avons passé un incroyable séjour chez Richard et Philippe ! La bienveillance et la gentillesse des hôtes sont aussi importants que le logement. Le lieu est paisible, les jardins sont splendides et très bien entretenus, la piscine est idéale pour se reposer après une journée de balade. R&P connaissent les meilleurs restaurants, activités, et visites à faire ! Chaque jour nous suivions les recommandations et nous n’avons jamais été déçu. N’oublions pas le petit déjeuner, les gâteaux de Richard et les confitures maison de Philippe nous manquent déjà. Gardez-nous une place pour les années à venir ! (et petit bigup à Thierry)

Wir haben unserer Zeit bei Emma und ihrer Familie sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen und entspricht genau den Beschreibungen. Man kann von dort aus gut die Gegend mit dem Auto, mit dem Bus oder zu Fuß erkunden oder einfach vor Ort entspannen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! 😊

Der Besuch bei Corinne war super, sie hat uns die Unterkunft gezeigt und alles erklärt. Das Frühstück war köstlich und herrlich angerichtet. Sie hat uns auf Nachfrage eine Karte von Toulouse gegeben und eingezeichnet, was wir dort besichtigen konnten. Wir haben ein Abendessen bei ihr gebucht, welches echt super lecker war (Vorspeise, Hauptgang, Nachspeise). Gegessen haben wir alleine, man hat also auch Privatsphäre, aber wenn man das Gespräch gesucht hat, ist sie beim servieren auch darauf eingegangen. Sie war sehr kommunikativ und konnte auch Englisch und Spanisch sprechen. Beim Abschied haben alle nicht mehr an den Schlüssel gedacht, den wir noch in der Tasche hatten 😆 Den konnten wir aber per Post zurück senden. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft bestens empfehlen.

Wenn ich könnte, würde ich 10 Sterne geben. Es ist unglaublich schön bei Vincent und Lucie. Das Frühstück ist super, die Umgebung ist klasse, die Restaurants die empfohlen werden von den beiden sind super. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben, aber unsere Reise führt uns weiter Richtung Norden. Ich kann jedem wirklich jedem den Aufenhalt bei den beiden empfehlen.

Nous avons passer un super moment,le cadre est juste magnifique. Un petit déjeuner bien copieux nous a été servi. Alexis a été tres serviable à nos petites demandes. Je recommande vraiment les yeux fermés.
