Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Iberia Parish

Once again, my time at The Steamboat Inn was nothing short of exceptional! The charm of the home, the impeccable customer service, and the warm hospitality of the entire “Steamboat Team” create an experience that is truly unmatched. In fact, I’ve already booked my next two stays!

My husband and I had a wonderful time walking around on the grounds and the mansion as well. We would definitely stay here again! This place did not disappoint!!!! The grounds keeper Jarrod was so nice and helpful. He recommended places for us to eat. We took him up on all the recommendations and the food was very good. The pictures really don't give this place justice. The house was well stocked of necessities and let me just say, it was not the cheap stuff. Such a nice place to just relax and unwind. Hope to go back one day.

This home worked well for our family’s stay during the baptism weekend of our newest family member. Thank you! The double oven allows for full meals to be prepared for large families/groups. TV in kitchen was beneficial to enable continued viewing of game/program while preparing meals. Light switch labels helped quite a bit. The pool with two waterfall features was soothing, fun, relaxing, and enjoyable. Sitting around the gas fire pit outside gave us an opportunity to discuss the events of the day and make plans for the following day. The assortment of bed arrangements and shower setups fit out family’s needs. When we had a slight mishap, the provided first aid kit came in handy. The spacious kitchen allowed for meal prep, snacking, family style meals, and just gathering of our family; just like at home. The large area rug in the living room provided a soft area to setup a small infant play area. Thank you for making our stay feel just like home for all of us.

Great place to stay, the house was very clean, with great smells throughout. Bedding was comfortable. The pool was perfect, large yard the front porch was relaxing and serene and the host was very responsive. Will definitely book this property again next time we are in the area.

Walking through the door of this house after being utterly exhausted from travel was the most relieving and comforting feeling. Southern hospitality is alive and well here! The entire house was perfectly appointed. The beds were all comfy, but the master bed was so darn nice, that it was better than my bed at home! The fire pit was a magical memory for the kids. (Fireflies were even with us!) The backyard vibes are peaceful and private. The host (Monty) is so sweet and caring. I like to try new places, but next time we are in town we will probably return here because this is a rental that feel likes home and is everything my family needs. Thanks for hosting us with such a welcoming heart!

My husband and I had a long weekend trip away from our home in Baton Rouge, and we absolutely loved our stay in this cabin. I was wearing out the bird ID app on my phone, trying to identify all the different birds I could hear. The views are incredible (ESPECIALLY from the hot tub), and the actual cabin was so cozy without feeling overly cluttered. Being able to have our dog with us was the cherry on top!! Every morning I walked her down the road, which is very quiet but well-maintained, so if you like to jog or bike, it’s like a nice, wide walking trail! We can’t wait to come back.

We had a WONDERFUL stay here. Our families got to stay together as there are two cabins on the same property. Drinking coffee in the hot tub was a highlight for the adults. The kids loved feeding minnows in the pond and exploring the woods. Most importantly my dogs loved running on the land.

The cabin was super cute. The windows in the front offered an amazing sunrise and sunset. The living area and kitchen were super cute. The only thing I didn’t like was the full sized bed in the downstairs bedroom…there is enough room for a king sized bed. The way the bed is pushed to the slanted wall, also decreases the use of some of the bed. To avoid bumping our heads, we slept the opposite way. The bed was comfortable, just small. The upstairs is super cute but the stairs seemed a little steep and there isn’t a bathroom up there so sleeping up there was not even a consideration. I would recommend this cabin, we enjoyed our stay.

Wow, what an awesome hidden gem 💎!! We had the best time and everything was precisely as described!! Patti is an excellent host and goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable!! Our daughter and her friends had a wonderful time kayaking down Petite Anse and sunbathing on the deck overlooking the bayou!! I had the best time fishing and soaking up all the scenery of the wildlife and landscape…. My husband said “he was in the clouds” whilst he slept in the very comfy bed downstairs!! Pristinely clean and very well stocked with all amenities!! All the sweet lil extras was a welcome treat!! TY Will definitely be back!! 💯 🙏🙌💖🎣🥂
