The place is very convenient to the nearest train station and 1 stop away from ikebukuro station with major lines thats accessible to attractions. Additionally, the amenities and details of the house were impeccable. Such as first aid kit, sewing kit and even had playing cards. They had everything someone would need staying there. You can tell that the host put in every effort to provide a comfortable and hassle free stay. The host was the sweetest and very approachable - she prepared a small gift on the table upon arrival. Shes quick to respond to the queries i had and allowed us to checkout slightly later. Overall, it was a 5/5 stay and i would choose this airbnb if im ever visiting tokyo again.

Great place to stay in a quieter part of Tokyo

２回目の滞在でした。 前回同様、連絡はすぐに取れましたし、暖かく迎えていただきました。 とても清潔で、安心して宿泊することができました。 ありがとうございました。

Had an amazing stay here. It was a nice mix between traditional and modern living. Had enough space for the 5 of us. The place was exactly as described. It is about 15min walk to the closest station, however if you take a taxi it’s only $6, which is amazing on days you do a ton of walking. Host was very responsive and helpful. The windows are also an amazing touch if you want to let natural air in while hanging out. Not one complaint about it, thank you for allowing us to stay in your place!

For Tokyo this place was very roomy for 4 adults. Rooms were clean and comfortable especially the tatami room. The main living space was also very large for Tokyo. It’s in a quiet neighborhood in Ikebukuro and local train station was a 10min walk. Major Ikebukuro station is about a 15min walk and is very busy with lots of malls, shops and eating choices. Familymart is literally around the corner for morning breakfast and coffee. Bigger Familymart is about a 5 min walk. I was a little concerned about location but seriously was not an issue given the proximity of stations. 6min train ride to Shinjuku from Ikebukuro station.

道路沿いでしたが、夜もとても静かに過ごせました。3歳、1歳の子連れでおもちゃもあり、楽しく過ごせました。

The space was large and just as described. We enjoyed how close to 2 different train stations the home was. Clean and tidy- would definitely stay again in the future.

The living and sleeping space are spacious, very suitable for the family. There are convenience stores nearby, although it is not near the jr and metro station but walking in such a quiet community is pretty enjoyable.

This Airbnb was amazing. Location was very convenient and the place was very clean and spacious and had a lot of very nice amenities. The surrounding neighborhood was very nice and quiet as well.

Very responsive host, he answered all my quiries swiftly. He was very helpful all the times when I need help. Thanks alot to make me feel like at home when I travelled in Tokyo. Highly recommended.

The house was very clean. the location was very quiet. The train stations were a few minutes away making trips to different areas of Tokyo a little easier. A few restaurants are close by. There was a laundry mat and 711 close by. We will consider renting again if we ever are going to Tokyo again. Host was very responsive.

the place was sufficient for a family of 6 adults (actually can fit one more person) comfortably. location was great as well- relatively near the main shopping areas like ueno, shibuya, shinjuku etc. location was near mrt as well about a 5-10min walk with a lawson and a supermarket nearby. also convenient to go to narita airport from nippori/ueno via the skyliner. place wise, it was comfortable and decorated. the only downside is that there is only one shower room but there were 2 toilets. kitchen is also quite well furnished and we could find things that we needed easily. communicated with host is quick. we faced some wifi issues during our stay but she tried to resolve it. will book this place again in the future if there is a big group!
