Very nice place and it’s close to everything, the only issue I had it was the air conditioning was not big or strong enough to cool down the room ❄️ I would stay here again if that issue is fixed Very very good communication 😃

Excelente nuevo estudio ubicado a una cuadra de la calle 60. Increíble ubicación sobre un parque para la máxima tranquilidad y descanso. El estudio cuenta con espacio de armario, escritorio, espacio social, balcón, cocina y baño. Con acceso completo a internet a través del edificio así como acceso a una terraza en el último piso con zonas de relajación y trabajo al aire libre. Habitación con Espectacular vista a la montaña

Por favor leer TODA la descripción antes de reservar. Hermosa HABITACION, tranquila en apartamento espacioso, cerca del parque deportivo, Néctar arena y clínicas de Ibagué. Se alquila SOLO la habitación, NO el apartamento completo. Los dueños siempre están en el apto. Cuento con parqueadero privado. La piscina puede ser utilizada por los huéspedes, al igual que las áreas sociales. La vista desde el balcón es simplemente espectacular y decorado para que todos se sientan como en casa.

The apartment is nice, modern, quiet, and private. the area is very nice with lots of bars, restaurants, a supermarket, and a mall a few minutes walk away. The host was flexible with check-in and check-out. I enjoyed my stay.
