We hebben een fantastische week gehad met onze familie in Villa Pupi. Een heel Comfortabel huis van alle gemakken voorzien op een prachtige plek middenin het groen. Trevigano is dichtbij voor boodschappen en heerlijke restaurants. Giorgio was een fijne gastheer. Hij reageerde snel op vragen en dacht mee met ons. Ook Francesco was super aardig en kwam direct langs toen we een urgente vraag hadden. Wij alle zes zijn heel enthousiast over dit huis ook al is het aan de dure kant voor ons was het dit waard. 😀‼️

We stayed for 2 weeks in August 24 in this gorgeous house. The 3 of us and our dog had an awesome time there and enjoyed all the great amenities this house offers: Starting from comfy beds, clean bathrooms and a small but really well equipped kitchen over the absolutely beautiful garden with lots of fruit (fig, pear, pomgranate etc.) trees, a nice patio and the big pool. The communication with Roberto (house owner) was exceptional - he was very proactive and informed us in all cases when the gardener was showing up, or when he took care of the pool. In these occasions he also supplied us with nice pastries from Rome - grazie again for this kind treatment. Roberto also organized a wine tasting/menu in the vicinity for us, which was another highlight of this vacation. We can only recommend this house and Roberto and his wife Marta as perfect hosts, and are grateful for being given the opportunity to stay there. We will come back in the future!

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

We stayed in the villa as a group of six after our city trip to Rome, and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how modern and well-maintained everything was. The host exceeded all expectations—friendly, attentive, and always checking in to see if we needed anything. We even received welcome drinks and some ingredients to cook pasta, which was a lovely touch. The villa was spotless and fully equipped. It had a large pool in the front and a smaller one with a whirlpool in the back—perfect for relaxing after sightseeing in the city. The host also allowed us a late check-out, as our flight was in the evening, and even arranged a shuttle to the airport for us. We couldn’t have asked for more. The service, comfort, and overall experience were outstanding. We would 100% recommend this villa and would love to stay here again!

Adele is the best host we have had in our history of AirBNBing. She helped us when we got stranded, she was proactive with her communications, and extremely friendly. She is an angel, and we truly enjoyed staying at her property. The property itself was gorgeous, spacious, with stunning views, super clean, and had more than required amenities. Overall, we loved our stay and we would return to Adele 100% given another chance. THANK YOU!

Floriana’s villa was amazing. They views were breathtaking and she went out of her way to make it special. She arranged for a wine tasting and a scavenger hunt for our kids while we tasted some of Umbria’s finest. The kitchen was great and they even provided a staff member to set up a fire so we could cook a couple of amazing steaks on an open fire outside. The pool was gorgeous and the grounds were perfect for us to take walks in the AM and even open space for our kids to play. There was plenty of room inside and you could easily have two families of 5 each feel comfortable. Floriana also set up a wonder pasta making class and to quote my wife - it was one of the best experiences she has had as a family on vacation.

We had the most amazing stay at Paola’s beautiful home. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel completely at ease — the perfect hostess! As it was our first time in Italy, we couldn’t have asked for a better introduction. Paola went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, offering thoughtful touches and helpful advice throughout our stay. The home itself is just stunning — peaceful, spotless, and full of charm. It truly felt like a home away from home. We felt so well looked after and completely relaxed from start to finish. Thank you, Paola, for your incredible hospitality. We’ll definitely be returning in the future, and we’ll be recommending your place to all our friends and family. Had a great time here. It's a beautiful property on a series of levels - an upper garden with seating and fabulous views of the valley of the Nera river, a courtyard level and then the lower level with the swimming pool. House oozes character. It's well equipped and nicely appointed. Air con in the bedrooms worked well. Beds were very comfortable and the area is quiet. We loved having breakfast and dinner outdoors with a view of the rooftops and bell towers of Narni. The town has incredible architecture and some great restaurants. Because of the property's split levels and steep stairs down to the pool, I wouldn't recommend it for older people or very young children, but otherwise a really lovely find. It's also quite a steep walk from the centre of town up to the property. Entry gate to the upper parking area is a little tight by UK standards but we fitted an Audi Q3 through with no problem. Would happily stay again.

Dejligt hus og dejlige omgivelser. Helt perfekt til store familier/flere familier Huset har ligesom 3 afdelinger med eget badeværelse Køkkenet er meget veludstyret, og det en fornøjelse at bruge den udendørs pizza ovn Værterne er hurtigt til at svare, og Carlo viseværten var hurtig til at hjælpe med småproblemer

Adelaide’s place is very peaceful -- you can hear the birds chirping in the garden and there's a comfortable hammock a few steps from the front door and an outdoor shower nearby -- and yet it's only a few minutes from Atigliano. Important for me: Adelaide is a dog lover and was very kind and helpful with my dog, Mocha. The only small drawback is that the indoor shower is tiny. I'm tall with an average build and could hardly fit in it. But the lovely outdoor shower (which provides privacy) made up for it and is a treat on a hot day.

What a breath of fresh air. We loved Rome but everyone should take a break on their journey and come stay a few days to unwind, drink wine and smell the Jasmin in this beautiful place. Stefania’s place is much better than the photos because the love and care Stefania puts into every detail only comes across in person. Great for a group if you are lucky enough to snag a couple units.

We loved our month at Villa Tucciano! Better than the pictures! Mario was the primo host and went over and above the call of duty to make us comfortable. He even helped us with luggage lost by the airline. His family was nearby and attended to our every need, and also went the extra mile. I cannot say thanks enough! We loved our stay and these wonderful people at their fabulous villa!

This was our 5th trip to Orvieto and this AirBnB is the absolute winner. We called it our Palazzito--small palace. Everything was top notch--from the decorations to the furnishings to the amenities. And the rooftop patio is stupendous Highly recommended!

Wunderschöne kleine Unterkunft, die den perfekten Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen und Wanderungen bietet. Abseits der großen Metropolen ist Terni immer noch groß genug um alle Einkäufe, Spaziergänge, Restaurantbesuche etc zu Fuß erledigen kann.

The spectacular view is more than enough, but the condo is well equipped, easy to find. We would stay again!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Otricoli. Die Unterkunft hat wirklich einen ganz besonderen Charme und die Kombination aus Aussicht und der liebevollen Gestaltung, lassen einen innerhalb von wenigen Augenblicken zur Ruhe kommen. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder!

Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

Wow! What an incredible property. We loved our time staying at ‘the tower’. It is a beautiful setting among the olives and vines on a hilltop. The surrounding area is beautiful and it’s an easy walk to local vineyards and restaurants. Only one caveat: the WiFi is very weak and not suitable for video calls.

The road to the house is not paved and pretty bumpy but once you get to the house it is a pleasure to be there. The house has everything and has a great view of the valley below it. It has a pool on a lower level and below that a small field for soccer or volleyball. A lot of stairs both inside and outside. The surrounding area is interesting as it is an archeologists dream with Roman ruins within walking distance everywhere.

This has to be one of the best air bnb’s I have ever stayed in. Only positive things to say, it is such a beautiful air bnb from the views, pool, grounds to the apartment itself. We felt so lucky getting to wake up to the views there every day. The pictures don’t fully represent how wonderful it is. Elena and her family were also so welcoming and friendly. The grounds are beautifully kept and the apartment had everything we needed and every detail was thought of. The location itself was also great, Citta Della Pieve is a lovely town, with less tourists than some of the towns in Tuscany. The Umbrian countryside is gorgeous. It’s a great base to also drive to the Tuscan countryside and towns such as Pienza and Val D’Orcia which took about an hour. I would rate even more than a 10/10, it absolutely made our holiday. Driving is a must!

We stayed in casa Vicolo with our two children (4 and 6 yrs old). The house is beautifully rustic with lovely artwork, wooden beams, a huge fireplace, and Italian tiling, also spacious with a little veranda perfect for relaxing and drying off washing/ swim wear daily after using the pool (with a cupboard containing a float and a couple of foam noodles) and games area (basketball, table tennis and table fuseball). Kids were comfortable in their two single beds room and our double bedroom was spacious, both with attached bathrooms and AC units (temperatures hit 40 degrees in Aug). The kitchen had everything we needed after we did our own shop of essential foods for meals. The hosts were all very helpful and recommendations of local towns, restaurants and olive oil tastings were great. We will definitely be returning to Borgo Acquariua. We had a wonderful vacation in Anna`s beautiful place. The house was beautiful, clean and homely. Garden was beautiful and private and swimmingpoolarea was excellent. We enjoyed the peaceful environment so much. The view from the hill was amazing. We made several trips to different beautiful toscanian villages and visited also prehistorical museum in Cetona and archeological park in Belverde. In Piazze there is a supermarket Coop, bakery, wine shop and wonderful restaurant. In the restaurant the food was excellent and owners (husband is italian and wife is from Belgium) are very friendly. We had nice talks with them. Anna was so nice, helpful and warm person. We recommend warmly this place for everyone!

We had a wonderful 2 day stay. Manuel's place is the perfect distance outside the chaos of Rome. We used it as a base to tour Rome driving to the Jonio metro station, parking and traveling into the center by train.
