Gorgeous gorgeous. Such a beautiful Property with so much character . It’s full of wonderful ornaments , books and furniture ! Kitchen is so well equipped and the upstairs is surprisingly spacious!! It was in the perfect location for our trip and there is a handy shop , pharmacy etc. loved our stay! Thank you

Well, it turns out that Heaven really is a place on Earth! What a wonderful property. I was tempted to run away with the key so no one else can get in but me! Add to that The Most Comfortable Mattress On Earth (TM), and it was actually quite hard to go out and get anything done! I'm definitely coming back here. Frankly, I may put in an offer to buy it! Utterly wonderful break. Sandra is so friendly, responsive and easy to deal with. The whole thing was quite appallingly perfect.

Richly decorated small house, located in a quiet neighborhood and connected to the city center of Brighton by bus. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. Very friendly and available hosts for any questions. Recommended for discovering Sussex, between the Seven Sisters and the tumultuous Brighton.

The CUTEST cottage! We had a wonderful stay. Close to everything and lots to do! Abigail was very quick to respond to us! Totally recommend!

The house was absolutely perfect for our family (5 people) and our dog! Charlie was extremely helpful and responsive before and after check-in with local recommendations and assistance with the house. He responded immediately when there was confusion over the wifi password (it had been changed!) and helped us set the right temperatures on the thermostat remotely. He also left goodies in the kitchen for us, our 2 children and our pup, all of whom were very happy! The house was in an excellent location and near wonderful nature reserves, towns, beaches and castles. We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay and would highly recommend his place!

Really enjoyed our couple of days away, shame the weather wasn’t better but the house is a great place to hang out and relax. Even on a rainy day it was light and airy. The garden and surrounding countryside is beautiful with wonderful views. Beds and bedding all very comfortable and easy parking. I’m looking forward to returning!

Andrea’s place in Brighton was absolutely outstanding—by far the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in! Every corner of the apartment was spotless, fresh, and clearly well cared for. It made the whole experience feel extra comfortable and relaxing. Beyond the incredible cleanliness, the space was beautifully set up, fully equipped, and in a great location—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, but still nice and quiet. Andrea was also a wonderful host—warm, responsive, and thoughtful throughout my stay. I can’t recommend this place highly enough and would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Brighton!

We had a blissful time at the granary and would definitely recommend this place to others. It’s a beautiful building but the grounds of Coes Farm and the added bonus of having a pool (which if you are lucky is essentially a private pool all to yourself as it was always empty when we went in) make it an amazing place to unwind and rest. The property had everything we needed, including some little ducks who came to the back door to welcome us! We would also recommend a trip to Canterbury while you are here, it is a beautiful place to visit.

very relaxing beautiful surroundings, loved the bedroom with double aspect views and bed was so comfortable. Great shower. we did find the armchairs a bit low but then we are 'getting on'.Good choice of eating places in the area. Thank you for a lovely stay.

My husband and I have just returned after three amazing days staying in this beautiful place. It’s really cosy, stylish and had everything we needed. It’s was like being in a tree house with the trees and birds within touching distance. We explored the local area, Devils Dyke was a challenging walk but well worth it, with a pub at the top. We bought our dog with us too and she had a great time. We were given complete privacy and were lucky enough to have a break in the weather, long enough to use the sauna and pool. Towels were provided which was a nice bonus, the bed was super comfy and the area is so peaceful. We would definitely come back here. Thank you Paul and Louise for being such great hosts

The barn was beautiful, we had such a lovely stay. The decor was stunning and there was lots of special touches that made our stay more comfortable. Michelle was very good at communicating with us and the main owner of the barn met us on out first day and gave us lots of useful information regarding the barn the sites and walks around the area. We would definitely love to come back in the future.

We had a 2 night stay during half term. The lodge was perfect t for what we needed. Easy to find, had all the necessary amenities and the hot tub was a great bonus!

Perfect place for our family of four to stay for a peaceful and secluded retreat for a couple of nights. The cottage was lovely and the grounds and surrounding garden were beautiful. My two primary school aged daughters loved spending time in the swimming pool and even attempted to play a bit of tennis! Caroline was a brilliant host and keen to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Super friendly and always clear and responsive with communication. Would love to stay here again some time and hope we get a chance to do so!

We had a wonderful time staying in Shirley’s caravan. The holiday park is well-maintained, and it was quiet and relaxing throughout our stay. Everything matched the description perfectly. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels, shampoo, and conditioner. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a great selection of books and board games—perfect for quality family time. One of the best parts was the location: the beach is just a short walk away. Overall, it was a lovely and stress-free getaway. p.s. This property rates more than 5 stars! Self-contained, well-equipped, every detail attended to, lots of welcoming touches like milk, bread, fruit ... we even found a bag of frozen chips in the freezer. This really is an exceptional property and I would love to visit again, in fact I would arrange a holiday just to stay here. It is excellent value for money when so many owners are quite frankly ripping guests off. But cost aside, for a self contained property you will simply not do any better. It was a little way from the area we were visiting, but that did not matter. It was a pleasure to leave from and come back to. If you are a reader there is a great selection of books and watching birds in the garden is a delight. Does this sound a bit "gushy" .. maybe , but that's not me! I am genuinely pleased to have stayed here and would love to return.

Sophie was a fantastic host, very warm and welcoming. She was also very helpful and flexible, allowing me to check in at a time that suited me. The loft room was fantastic, cosy and comfortable with all the amenities you could need. It’s a shame I was only staying 1 night! I would highly recommend this room to anyone staying in Lewes, it’s a lovely room in a great location in the heart of town!

Fantastic stay! Very walkable to all the attractions,Seven dials is a very calming space,had tea out at the RED SNAPPER Thai restaurant EXCELLENT!!! This was our 1st visit to Brighton,couldn't of stayed in a more relaxing and beautiful Airbnb.😍 The sauna was a bonus,great touch...Sarah's work is absolutely stunning! Thanks to Matt and Sarah for creating such a beautiful space! 🤩

Sue is an amazing host and the hut was exactly what we hoped it would be - a peaceful weekend away with beautiful surroundings. Very functional hut - it had everything you would need. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be looking to come back!

A very enjoyable property and garden space, I particularly appreciated the very clean linens - not always a given - and the calm surroundings amongst all others great features. Everything is as described. Anna Maria is a really friendly and approachable/ hospitable host. That makes for a pleasant stay and the best of both worlds if you want to explore Brighton and come back to a calm haven.

A wonderful stay at the piggery. really clear guidance and instructions fron the host Clare and lots of lovely optional extras available. check in was easy and flexible. The home was lovely and clean and beautifully simple in decor. A really relaxing atmosphere. the outdoor space was calming and secluded. You felt like you were in your own little piece of heaven. Two lovely runner ducks on site who popped by every morning and evening to say hello. A really quick response from Clare when we became short of wood and it was delivered less than 20 minutes later. Lots of lovely homely touches and all the appliances, cutlery and niceties you could need. I booked for a suprise weekend away for my partners 50th and he absolutely loved it. A truly relaxing getaway. There is lots to do in the area including walks, gardens and pubs but we enjoyed the site so much we just stayed in!
