Guest house holiday rentals in Hunterdon County

The property was beautiful, well maintained and clean. Andy was helpful and a nice host. The area is quiet and pleasant, with a few farms, a short drive away to some nearby towns. We really enjoyed a local breakfast spot called Homestead Coffee Roasters. People were sweet and friendly, good coffee! Unfortunately, weather didn’t allow us to enjoy the outdoors properly but we still had a great and relaxing time.

Amelie’s guest house is in a perfect location if you are visiting Lambertsville and New Hope. It was a perfect spot for the four of us. Very pleasant little cottage that made our stay very enjoyable. Thank you Amelie for everything. Sue, Jane, Becky and Leanne

This peaceful oasis, located on a hill surrounded by woods, made for a lovely getaway. The guest house is tastefully decorated with meticulous attention to detail to make you feel spoiled. We were greeted and bid adieu by a lovable cat named Austin. Craig and Gerwin were present but never intrusive. The river sits across the road and there are plenty of trails, restaurants, shops, and art galleries within a short drive.

This was our 41 Anniversary and what a great place to celebrate. The place was so relaxing and just sitting on the rockers outside, we didn't want to move. Linnea and Kevin are great hosts and we spent some time talking with them. We did venture to New Hope and just took rides to see the area, which is beautiful. On our arrival there were muffins and coffee, which my husband could not stop talking about, it was so good. In fact he bought 2 boxes to take home. I'm not a water drinker but the well water was so good I didn't need anything else to drink. It's a lovely place with great hosts and we had a wonderful time.

It has become a tradition to return to Melissa’s place. We love to paddle the Delaware River, enjoy biking the extensive bike path network along the river. This place is the ideal location for this kind of activity. It is in walking distance to the river and you are in the middle of the cute Frenchtown. The other river towns, like Lambertville, New Hope, Stockton are not far. The barn studio has everything you need, a super comfortable bed, all utensils you need to prepare a breakfast, a rustic but luxurious feel. Melissa always welcomes you with a bottle of wine, some cheese, snacks and some cold drinks in the fridge. It speaks for itself that this was our fourth time at this place.

We arrived at the beginning of a holiday weekend, a little late, in the dark. Lynn greeted us, made us feel so welcome, and showed us into the guest house which is really lovely, comfortable, and has just about everything one might need for a weekend or a week-long stay. It is so nice to stay in a space where such care and attention is paid to every detail. The location is easy to get to, yet quite rural. Super quiet. We were in town for a graduation, and once those events ended we had a most enjoyable and relaxing time enjoying this special place. We would be very happy to return in the future.

A Perfect Weekend Getaway! We had such a memorable stay at this alpaca farm! From the moment we arrived, the owners made us feel right at home — they were so kind and genuinely conversational, which set a warm tone for the whole visit. The alpacas were definitely a highlight — such a unique and charming experience, especially for my daughter who absolutely adored them. It’s not every day you get to hang out with alpacas in such a relaxed and welcoming setting! The pool, hands down, was our favorite part — clean, refreshing, and perfect for unwinding. The ambiance throughout the property was peaceful and serene, exactly what we were looking for. We stayed in the carriage house, which was spotless and beautifully maintained — cozy, quiet, and perfect for our little family. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for something a little different, relaxing, and full of charm. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

We spent Memorial Day Weekend here and had a great stay. A little too chilly to go swimming but still enjoyed hanging out in the sun on the patio. Jane left gift cards for a number of cute local places - such a nice touch. Lots of nice personal touches, like a Bluetooth speaker you can use, and records and a record player. Very cute place. Frenchtown is very cute - we enjoyed walking around. Art Yard was very cool! You may hear dogs barking at the kennel next door (there is also a rooster nearby). But it didn’t really bother us. I did sleep with white noise on, which helped.

We had an amazing stay here! It is the perfect location since it’s right off the highway. The place was clean and so nice and bright. We really enjoyed the snacks that were available, too!!

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Zanya’s cottage. It was roomy, comfortable, clean and pleasant. We did not cook but the kitchen was well stocked and accessible. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. Zanya promptly replied to all my questions and made things easy. We were very happy with our choice to book this cottage. Thank you!

My friend and I enjoyed our girls' weekend getaway at Kasara's! We loved relaxing and reading by the fire as the snow came down outside. I was pleased to see several live plants around (always refreshing in the middle of winter) and we appreciated the antiques throughout the place. It was nice to have a full kitchen for our use. Kasara was quick to respond to any questions we had!

Excellent location. We went to a wedding at the Barley Sheaf Inn and it was two minutes away. New Hope center is 10 minutes by car. Good air conditioning, comfortable beds, nice deck out back. Message Elisa about the turn into the air bnb because it’s a little tricky !

had such a lovely, calm stay at the little cabin. i visited for a research stay, so this was exactly what i needed after a long day in the office. i recommend a car (although there was a bike available to me).
