Clean room, enthusiastic support

We stayed three nights with our family of four. Eco Park is a bit far from Hanoi city, but it's a quiet place and a lot of fun. There were also restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, so I didn't feel any inconvenience at all. Take the Eco Park shuttle bus to Hanoi City and Aeon Mall. You can also rent bicycles, so it's a good idea to try walking around the neighborhood. The room is spacious and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. We were uncomfortable with English communication, so Aya was very helpful. Also, Nam's mother, who showed me around the room, was also very nice. Thank you so much for your time!

We liked this apartment and decided to extend our stay. Binh is friendly and helpful and responds to messages quickly. Comfortable independent check-in. Convenient location. T here are free buses: one goes around the area, the second goes around the Vinhomes areas and you can get to the center of Hanoi.

We had a great time at this "home". The house is nicely with Japanese style and high-grade equipment from kitchen to bathroom. The host is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended and surely we will comeback next time.

I had a fantastic stay at Quyen's beautifully furnished studio apartment! The place was impeccably clean, stylish, and comfortable, making it feel like a true home away from home. I really like the park and the lake just 2 steps from the apartment. Quyen was an exceptional host, providing great local recommendations and ensuring I had everything I needed for an unforgettable experience. Great Airbnb in a lovely neighborhood of Hanoi. Very close to the main areas, but peaceful for Hanoi. I would highly recommend this traditional, Vietnamese house.

Unique space located in the heart of the old quarter It was walkable to the Don Xuan market and although about a 20 min walk to the French quarter there were many interesting things to see. The street below was active and interesting and always entertaining while drinking my am coffee! The unit was clean and well maintained. The host was super responsive! We were really happy with the experience!

Very good service, owner even offered to do laundry for us while we were out sightseeing and shopping!! The place itself is very unique and beautifully decorated. Able to accommodate my family's needs during our stay. Really thankful to the owner for being very hospitable to us 🙏🏻🙏🏻 Would definitely recommend others to come to this airbnb :-)

Diep’s home was a great stay! Nestled away near the Opera House, it was beautiful and a great location. All of the amenities were accurate. It allowed for us to access the different attractions around Hanoi. We really appreciate the services provided like arranging both a car pickup and drop off at the airport. Thanks for the great stay!

Nhung is a really good host. Her team is very responsive and helped us when the lock of the apartment malfunctioned. Since they could not get it fixed immediately, they moved us to another apartment right next to where we were staying. Free water and SIM were a delighter. One thing which could have been improved in the apartment is ventilation. The apartment has very little ventilation and could be improved.

I have traveled to almost 17 different countries and this is the best value for money deal that I've ever found in my life and such an amazing place such a beautiful place right in front of the lake surrounded with greenery amazing garden amazing place super clean everything was amazing but if you're scared of lizards there were a few because of the garden iotherwise the place was super amazing I don't know if I could be able to find a better place for such price in my life. And the host was super responsive, very cooperative. She let us check in three hours early, and everything was amazing.

This place is located directly in the middle of the Old Quarters, and where most travelers stay at the hostels or small hotels, this home is definitely the right choice. The photos accurately represent how it looks like but it felt a lot more homely when staying there. Everything is clean and you won’t have any trouble with any amenities here. Early in the morning we could walk right out into the stores that were opening for the day and go out for a day of activities then come back at night. At night everything is bustling and you will find a lot of things to do, more so than you have time for. We only wish we had stayed longer. Quynh is very responsive and friendly. You won’t find any trouble asking questions or getting recommendations. I highly recommend staying here compared to any other place.

We loved Trung's place so much that we decided to stay twice! We went on a cruise on Halong Bay and then came back to Trung's...it felt like coming home!!! Also note, there is a lovely little breakfast provided in the morning. I can't say enough nice things. Don't hesitate to book this Airbnb...you will be happy you did!

Hannah is the best Airbnb host I have ever had. I have been renting her apartment long-term, and without a doubt she is the most attentive landlord. I stayed here for a month and everything went really well. The apartment is even better than the photos, modern, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The gym is nice too but what I appreciated most was how quiet it is. The neighborhood is peaceful, with a lovely park and local families around. It’s a bit far from the city center (about 30 minutes), so having a vehicle is better for longer stays. But if you’re looking for comfort and tranquility away from the chaos, this is definitely one of the best options

Nice place in a great location. Nearby vegan restaurant was some of the best food we’ve ever had (and we’re not even vegetarian 😂). Many things to do nearby… movie theater, tennis/pickleball courts, restaurants, supermarkets and a lake all within walking distance. Really nice area with lots going on, full of life and community. Chung was a great host, always very quick to respond and helpful. Very safe as well. Definitely would recommend!

We stayed in this apartment for a month and were very happy here. If we were to come to Eco Park again, this would be our apartment of choice again. Pros: - Nice, friendly interior - Big, comfy couch and big living room area - Comfy beds - Nice, warm shower - Good kitchen table and kitchen with utensils - Comfy chairs - Good working desk in one of the bedrooms - Aircon /heater Cons: - If you're here during the colder months like January, as we were, it can get a little bit cold (if you don't have the heater on constantly). But that's the case in most other apartments too.
