It has a room with a double bed, a single sofa bed and a full bathroom, another room with a double bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, another full bathroom, a kitchen and a large garden with a barbecue, a dining area, a play area and a parking space. Public transport a few meters to get to the capital, shops and nearby leisure area. Possible noise from Monday to Friday due to a school and nearby construction work.

My home is located in elegant Chamberí district, in Central Madrid, with direct underground connections to the airport, all historical landmarks (Royal Palace, Prado Museum, Gran Vía...) and both high-speed-train stations. It has a 35m2 living room, a 12 metre long balcony, a kitchen, a bathroom and bedroom. It is very sunny, has beautiful views upon a palace and gardens, and not a single step from outside. This is my own home, where I live myself when in Madrid, so it is very well equipped.
