Self contained garden studio available in Clarendon Park, close to Demonfort Hall and on the main bus route to the city centre there's. The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited!

Quiet detached guest house in Clarendon Park.

A guest house in the garden of my home with all you need for a comfortable and peaceful stay. Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine, plenty of space to relax and lots of storage. The Wifi is superfast and there is a table perfect to work on. It's convenient for both universities, Leicester City FC, Grace Road and the Tigers, Curve, LRI, the race course and De Montfort Hall, plus the cathedral and Richard lll's tomb. Plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and green spaces in walking distance.

The host Sally is such a considerate and caring person. I’ve never stayed with a host before, but it felt natural and normal. Cuppa made as soon as I stepped through the door and we bonded straight away. Wonderful home and room was just what you need for a quick stop off. Futon is a one nighter but the covers and pillows are lush! Thanks Sally 😌

I recently stayed five nights at Sheila’s home. Sheila was very friendly and she welcomed me on arrival. Checking in was very easy. Room was warm, clean, spacious and comfortable. The bed was really comfy. The shower was a good power shower. There were tea coffee making facilities. There are adequate facilities for parking in front area. Public transport and the shops are located within a short walking distance. I had a pleasant stay from start to finish. Overall it was a comfortable place to stay and good value for money. I would highly recommend Sheila’s place. Thanks.

Highly recommend to stay with Mr. Ghulam. He is an excellent caring human being. I found him a person with excellent empathy, compassion, active listening, patience, kindness, consideration for yours' needs, always willing to help me, provide me alot of support, he put my needs before his own and an excellent genuine person . For me he is a father figure. He maintains the home excellently clean with high-speed internet facility. The parking facility is excellent. The kitchen facility is excellent. He never restrict taking food from his kitchen. His Kitchen is always open to eat what you like from his kitchen free of charge. The cloths washing facility is super. Cleaning of bed sheets, blank and pillow covers are excellent and ontime. The room size is excellent with windows to use daylight. Cupboard and television facility is excellent. I found myself as his family member and he take care of me like his Son. Whenever I am in Leicester I will only choose Mr. Ghulam's Stay.(100 outof 100)

I have stayed at Annette’s place for two wonderful weeks. The location was a bit far from town but the walk was worth it. Annette is a kind and generous lady with a curiosity about the world and a willingness to know more about it. I highly recommend booking with her!

I found the place easily, although the stairs and floors are a little confusing at first (you shouldn’t have to walk up a flight of stairs to get into a lift!). Sung is very nice, the place is spotless, comfortable and spacious. I found the lack of restaurants, cafes and shops in the immediate area a bit odd but there is plenty to find 5-10 minutes walk away (you must have breakfast at &Kith!). Great value for money, just what I needed for the night and would absolutely recommend and stay there again. Thank you Sung!
