Built with stone, hydraulic floors and chestnut wood beam ceilings, all restored while maintaining the rural essence!

El Rompido. Charming townhouse

This is a completely independent accommodation attached to a single-family villa. It consists of a living room-kitchen. Full bathroom, double room and terrace of about 25 square meters, ideal for outdoor breakfasts and dinners and as a relaxation area. We have renovated the accommodation and converted it into a totally private apartment (including its own entrance). It used to be rented by the room, hence in the previous reviews it appears as a shared space.

Its spacious rooms, the singular color of the walls, the perfect decoration, the magnificent garden, the huge swimming pool ... is a house that, despite being of new construction, is perfectly integrated in the environment, its appearance reminds of Tuscany

Beachfront villa

The house is located on the beachfront in Matalascañas, a beach in Doñana National Park. A very quiet area where you can enjoy the sea. The beach has kilometers of white sand that make it unique. It's close to the city center. Nearby there are restaurants, supermarkets and a summer cinema. But, without a doubt, the most interesting thing about it is its magnificent views.
