It has a private pool and a large living room with a fireplace. It is possible to do incredible routes on foot, bicycle or horse through the Doñana National Park directly from the house.

Of course, when looking out the window, or opening the double door, the exultant nature goes through the retina and we are seized by an ancient mediterranean forest. Located in the natural park, in an environment where you can walk with family or friends through a forest of century-old chestnut trees, breathe fresh air, sunbathe or hike. Built with stone, hydraulic floors and chestnut wood beam ceilings, all restored while maintaining the rural essence!

El Rompido. Charming townhouse

This is a completely independent accommodation attached to a single-family villa. It consists of a living room-kitchen. Full bathroom, double room and terrace of about 25 square meters, ideal for outdoor breakfasts and dinners and as a relaxation area. We have renovated the accommodation and converted it into a totally private apartment (including its own entrance). It used to be rented by the room, hence in the previous reviews it appears as a shared space.

This house is our family retreat, just 45 minutes from Seville, an amazing place, where all kinds of details have been taken care of to make the stay simply perfect. Its spacious rooms, the singular color of the walls, the perfect decoration, the magnificent garden, the huge swimming pool ... is a house that, despite being of new construction, is perfectly integrated in the environment, its appearance reminds of Tuscany

Beachfront villa

The house is located on the beachfront in Matalascañas, a beach in Doñana National Park. A very quiet area where you can enjoy the sea. The beach has kilometers of white sand that make it unique. It's close to the city center. Nearby there are restaurants, supermarkets and a summer cinema. But, without a doubt, the most interesting thing about it is its magnificent views.

Semi-detached house with pool in El Rompido

The house is in the town of Rompido, 600 meters from the PLAZA de las SIRENAS, very close to the school in the PUNTA CORAL area. You can walk down to the town or park in one of the two car parks that are located in the town. The town center becomes pedestrianized in summer. From the house you can make routes by bicycle or on foot because El Rompido is in a natural setting.
