Murali was a great host and communicated promptly. The property is well maintained with all essentials provided with some nice touches too like toothbrushes. snacks etc.. All information was provided in timely fashion and responded to any queries during the stay very promptly. Definitely would stay again if back in Town.. Thank you very much Murali . We booked this place last minute when we had nowhere else to go. We didn’t expect much, but it turned out to be a really good decision. The sunrise from the 10th floor, the constant breeze, the calm vibes of the place were excellent. The space is clean, open and better than many overpriced stays we’ve tried before. The property ia great for working, relaxing, even hosting a small get-together. Mohit was kind, responsive, and gave us a discount without us even asking. My wife had stayed at one of his other homes earlier and insisted we trust him — she was right. Yes, I saw that review and STP mention, and I was unsure. But once you're here, you realize there’s no smell that we encountered. Sometimes, the best places are the ones you stumble into when you least expect. This property is one of them. Definitely are recommended property in Bangalore.

I've stayed at Julian's place probably 4-5 times by now and it feels like my home in Bangalore. This was the first time in this room, which is huge and very comfortable.

Host's father is incredibly humble and helpful. Very accomodative when I checked in way early in the morning. rooms are decent, best for what you pay for and you won't get anything cheaper than this.
