Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Höxter

We were together with our clique in the Suffelmühle and we really liked it. Despite the age of the house, it was really very clean and the check-in worked great. An absolute highlight of the house is the large living/dining area with the fireplace. Plenty of space at a large table for 16 people and also a lot of space for a cozy circle of chairs or a dance floor.😃 The area is very quiet and the property itself is really nice. Bad Driburg is 6 minutes away by car, so it's really relaxed for shopping. If you want to stay for yourself and have a good time, we can really recommend the accommodation!

Very nice cottage, located directly on the forest. We enjoyed it very much. Communication with Moritz was also very nice. In short: we would like to come back.

A very well-equipped house with plenty of space for 8 people and two dogs. We really enjoyed the large kitchen and extensive kitchen equipment. The play facilities were also extensively used. Only the many steps to the entrance of the house were a bit problematic for my old dog. Thank you for the lovely stay.

We used the beautiful, clean apartment with two people during a bike tour through Lippen Land. The key box allows a late check-in, which was ideal in our case. In the kitchen, we only needed the kettle, but it also seemed very well equipped. The beds are large and comfortable. There is sufficient space for clothing and personal items. The bathroom is clean and modern.

Kathrin and Julia were very nice, helpful and quick to reach with questions. The villa is really great, huge and the garden around it is super beautiful!

After 2023, we were finally in this wonderful house for the second time, where you can feel the spirit of over 300 years. We - and also the children - felt absolutely comfortable. To avoid writing too much, here is a brief list of the many highlights: - Very high-quality and well thought-out equipment - Great room layout and perfectly restored original timber-framed style - wonderfully close to nature with river access on the property. You can observe rare birds, deer and raccoons and enjoy almost untouched nature - calm and friendly neighbourhood - A perfect place to leave the stress of the big city behind - The stunning Externsteine are very close In short: A perfect place!

Well located small and fine accommodation. Perfect starting point for exploring the area as well as hiking and cycling. Description and photos matched the ad.

We had a very nice stay at Oda in the small apartment. Everything necessary was available and everything was already set up for our dog. On request, we were able to use bicycles on site, with which we rode into Kassel city center. The environment is wonderfully quiet. Thank you, Oda!

My husband liked it very much, the host's son was extremely friendly and everything was as described. He was there with the motorcycle and did a tour from there. Perfect!

Gladly again! I was there for three days and booked at short notice, the day before! Everything worked smoothly, I was personally greeted and accompanied to the apartment. It corresponded exactly to the pictures and description. Roswitha is a very warm person. There is a small garden with covered terrace at the apartment - very quiet area 😊

A warm hostess and a charming apartment under the roof. We felt completely comfortable. The location was ideal for our excursions in the area, everything was easily accessible. As a loving gesture, fresh fruit was available as a nice welcome greeting.

We had a wonderful family weekend at the Amtshof! The accommodation is actually even more beautiful than in the pictures - hard to believe, but true. Everything is furnished with incredible attention to detail and has been restored with great care. You can see at every turn how much effort the hosts put in to make you feel at home from the very first moment. Everything has really been thought of - we immediately felt completely comfortable. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and offers a fantastic view while cooking. Beautiful walks through the fields start right at the front door - simply wonderful! An absolute dream of accommodation – we will be happy to come back!

The apartment has everything you need and the university is less than 3 minutes' walk away. Gladly again :)

Had a super nice time with Rainer and Daniela. Very spacious B&B, clean and equipped with (more than) all comforts. Upon arrival, a tire of one of the bikes we had with us was flat. Of course, we did not have the right material with us, but Rainer was able to help quickly. Nice people who go their own way and where you can go your own way.. Top location among their animals (2 sweet dogs and 3 horses). Absolutely recommended. Beautiful views and nice routes for cycling and hiking within a short distance.

Marc's flat is very beautiful and very clean. The balcony is quite big perfect for sitting outside in the sunshine. The bedrooms are also quite large and the beds are comfortable. Nearby you will find a supermarket and petrol station. Marc is a very friendly and helpful host. We definitely recommend his place!

We have now been to this great accommodation 3 times and are already looking forward to the next stay. Everything was perfect, 5 stars

The place met all our expectations. We were warmly welcomed, the apartment was excellent in all respects. We especially liked the quiet and natural location of the beautiful half-timbered house. And yet, the center of Kassel is very quick to reach - even by public transport. The 4 nights convinced us to definitely book Moritz's apartment again. Thanks for the hospitality!! We had a great weekend in Göttingen and in Carla's apartment with five friends. The apartment was a perfect fit for us. Quiet location, generously sized, equipped with everything you need. We booked Andrea's place with little notice as we had to visit a sick friend who lived in Göttingen. Andrea confirmed immediately and gave clear instructions on how to get in. The place was super clean and tidy. We had everything we needed. The neighbourhood is very quiet and lovely to walk around. We stayed just two nights but enjoyed our stay. Andrea is a lovely host and we certainly recommend it to anyone who is visiting Göttingen.

We were in this wonderful Airbnb for the second time and relaxed nicely, enjoyed the view of Hercules, enjoyed the loving address of the hostess, cooked in the well-equipped kitchen and slept very well. We'll be back for sure! Kassel is a great city. And the apartment invites you to linger.

It is a very nice apartment where everything you need is present. Cozy and clean. Netflix on the TV that allows you to log in with your own account. And good beds. It is in the built-up area in a quiet location next to a reasonably large lake. Plenty of room to let the dog run or swim. And within walking distance of Bad Lippspringe, which you can reach via a beautiful route through the park. In Bad Lippspringe, there are a few restaurants and various shops. Beautiful hiking trails in the area. About 20 km away, you have Detmold, a very nice town with many restaurants and shops. We had a wonderful week and will definitely come back to Valentina when we come back to the area.

Since we already spent last weekend in the beautiful apartment, I can only add to my last review that the beds are super comfortable and Dimi always responds very quickly and helps you at any time. If we come back to this area, we would definitely book Dimi's apartment.

Great accommodation! Very clean, nice hosts and the garden is a dream for children! We felt very comfortable :)
