Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Houffalize

Beautiful location with breathtaking views! Wonderful hideaway in the Ardennes, super quiet area but enough to do in the area. Unfortunately, we had less luck with the weather, but the fireplace and games were a perfect alternative.

What a beautiful space this is! Fine furniture, lots of windows so wonderfully sunny. Small garden/terrace at the back where you can enjoy the sun very nicely. In a few minutes you walk into the forest which stretches enormously, you can walk for hours; wonderful! You do need a car to get supplies or eat out. Jan's tips are very nice!

The house offers everything you need for a great vacation! Lots of comfort available! Definitely recommended for staying with a dog! Beautiful hiking trails, beautiful views, nice garden! In short, we enjoyed it and definitely recommend it to people!

Very charming farmhouse! Easy layout and plenty of space for everyone in the kitchen, dining room and living room. Fantastic garden and large terrace. The only downside: the mattress of the single bed for the ninth person is large enough for an adult but of inferior quality.

We enjoyed the cozy house, the beautiful garden and the beautiful surroundings. Anything you need is here and Jan is a good host who helps if needed and quick to respond. From the house you can already walk nicely. The place is lovely and quiet and green . You'll also be in a town in no time so everything is close by. We think it's great.

We had a wonderful friends weekend in the house! Highly recommended. Only positive experiences. With my 2 meters, I hit my head once hard against the stairs. You always have to bend over there when you're tall! Super nice host, who also thinks along and is easy to reach. Other words, just great!

Great big house with lots of space within walking distance of convenient amenities. Quietly located with lovely views. We loved our stay and definitely recommend it!

I had a great stay! The studio was very spacious and tidy. Everything I needed was present and the check-in and check-out was very convenient. The owners were very accommodating.

We had a lovely stay at Katrin's. A lot of information about the beautiful surroundings and very nice that we were allowed to place the road bikes in the garage. Definitely worth the effort!

Went for a weekend getaway in the Ardennes and saw this listing - I'm glad we ended up going for it! The surroundings are absolutely beautiful and there's lots to do in the area if you've got a car available. The host was really welcoming and helpful and the place had plenty of amenities, would highly recommend!

Modern, pleasant and comfortable apartment in a quiet village with a view of the garden and forest. It is good to sit on the terrace and many beautiful walks nearby. Philippe is a friendly and helpful host. We like to come back

Absolutely amazing stay in Monschau. Property was lovely and a homely feeling. All was clean and tidy. Beds were very comfortable. Shower worked with very decent water pressure. Surroundings was beautiful and my family including 3 kids aged 9, 14 and 17 loved it all. Smart TV so we logged into all the apps and wifi worked without any issues. Parking is available between the adjacent properties, bit tight to get in and out with neighbours car there but wasn’t an issue for myself, just happy to have a space. Did a day trip to Cologne which was nice and that was 1.5hrs away. Stuffed animal museum was great and that connects to a glass ornament shop where you can actually watch the operation of making the glass ornaments which was very educational. Great communication, thank you.

The accommodation when spoke to a percentage description. The host was very flexible, even with a spontaneous postponement of the check in by 2 hours.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Melanie and Hermann's place. I feel like I was visiting my grandpa's house: old building, antiek furniture inside, big carpets on the floor, beautiful dinnerware... Hermann is creator and current director of the Erlebnis museum in Monschau, as a former hunter he has so many stories! It was a unique opportunity for us to touch the wild life so close as we never had it before. They also provides incredible BBQ place with all necessary amenities: just bring the meat with you. This place is a gem in the regio, if you're looking to hit pause on the hustle and bustle of city life and take a breath.

We had a perfect stay. All was well. Beautiful treehouse, beautiful location. Everything you need is provided. Highly recommended!

It was such a nice house, I went with friends and it was a nice place to relax and easy to walk to the town.

We were for a weekend there and everything was perfect. We were in love with this place. I hope that one day i will come back, maybe in winter 🫠 I was looking so long for a place like that and finally i found one. I already recommend to my friends to come too!

I can only recommend a stay in Daniela’s tiny house located deep in the nature. Together with my 2 young sons we had a relaxing weekend with great memories: the house is cosy with all the confort from your own house, the restaurant on site was very welcome upon our arrival the first evening, the swimming pool, football and basketball pitch kept us busy early morning and late evening while during the day we enjoyed the many things you can do in the region known for tourism and adventure sports. Last but not least as French people we love good food; 5 minutes away by car we found high quality bread, meat, fruits and cheese for nice breakfasts and dinners at the tinny house. A 5-star place we will keep in our favorites. See you very soon Daniela!

Lovely cottage in a lovely location. Due to the location, you can have breakfast between the tree(summits). We had a wonderful week there. Beautiful terrace with good furniture. Modern furnishings, although the sofa is a bit soft. Bathroom and kitchen are neat. The A cottages have very steep stairs so take care of them really well. Stair gate available. Floor requires some maintenance (comes up). From the cottage you walk in 2.5 km to downtown Durbuy for an ice cream, mini golf, lunch at Sept or good coffee at the Garden Café. Bakery within walking distance 1.5 km, but then you walk along a dangerous road. Various facilities on the park that also make it fun for children (playgrounds, one of which is right behind the cottage; indoor swimming pool with sunbathing area, etc.). There is also a restaurant with a nice menu, friendly staff (also at the reception!) and they organized the week that we were there (quiet) live music. Charging points for EV (piece or 8) under construction and they will open soon.

We loved staying at Elodie’s place. It was a very cold weekend but we managed to stay warm with the fireplace.

We spent five days with five adults and one child in this really very special accommodation. The view is unforgettably beautiful, the house is sparkling clean and equipped with everything we needed for our holiday stay. Communication with Liesbeth was super uncomplicated and reliable. We can highly recommend the house.
