The guesthouse

Welcome to our peaceful guest house, 3km up from Hosanger, Osterøy, 50 min drive from Bergen. We are the last farm on the road and have a good parking space. From here you can walk on Åsheimveten, 477 meters above sea level and on to Tveitafjellet 556 meters. Down in the valley, you can walk to the popular Kossdal swings. Mjøsvågen Landhandleriet is open every day, 5min to drive. There you can buy hot food if desired. You can swim in the public swimming area close by or have a visit in the floating sauna.

Welcome to our nice treehouse! In this scenic place you can relax with the whole family, while being close to Bergen with city life and cultural offerings. On the terrace you can enjoy the sun and there are views of the forest and water. Here you can enjoy a quiet night's sleep with the forest as the closest neighbor. The house is built in solid wood that provides a warm atmosphere. There is an open room with bathroom and loft/bedroom. The house is part of a tuna with a sheltered patio.

The micro house is located in peaceful and scenic surroundings in Solbakken- tunet- Os. In front of the house is Galleri Solbakkestova with its associated sculpture garden which is always open to the general public. Around the house, goats graze, and you overlook some free range hens, and some alpacas across the road. The house has terraces on both sides, where it is lovely to sit and take in the surroundings and feel the tranquility. There are also great hiking trails close by.

The apartment has a bedroom, open kitchen, sofa nook and private bathroom. Also has a sofa bed so you can travel a lot. Here you are surrounded by idyllic western nature on all sides. The short distance to the lake for fishing, swimming area and great mountain hikes. Animals are of course welcome with us 🌻

The apartment is located in Ytre Arna with a nice view over the fjord. It is located 20mins by car from the center of Bergen. The busstop is 3 minutes away and you can get to the City in 30 to 40min by bus. We can help you plan your transport from the airport. There is a big garden and a park close to the appartment. We also have a private parking place for you. There are nice hiking possibilities here and on the way to the fjords/Hardanger.

Welcome in my hut by the lake :-) Here you can enjoy the peace of nature, go fishing, hiking, sit on the terasse or simply read a book. Bergen is 30 min drive by car, bus availabe 1 km walk from the house. I speak English, German and Norwegian.

The Icehouse - peaceful by the fjord, near Bergen
