I recommend this place to them. The apartment is very nice and has a 100% decoration. Sergio and Ivan are super friendly, you will fall in love with them, in my opinion you will not be disappointed with them and with the place, which is super well located, you are a few meters from the baraja station and by metro you can access everything. Highly recommended.

The apartment was tidy, close to many services. And it can be located quickly. The area is very quiet and residential. It has air conditioning, for 4 people it's just right, but it fulfills its purpose for resting.

We loved Sergio's apartment: very complete, spacious, beautiful and clean. Comfortable beds (bed and sofa bed). The area is very nice and quiet. Sergio was totally charming with us; he was attentive until we stayed (and that because of a mishap we had with another landlord, we arrived at Sergio's apartment at night). Thanks for everything Sergio, we loved your place. We'll be back!

Martie was super nice, letting us leave the apartment a little later. The apartment is just like the photos and the terrace is spacious and enjoyable. Perfect for 2 people in a quiet area and with amenities nearby. We'll be back if we have the chance!

Hi, Thanks again for hosting. I had a great stay in your apartment: it was very clean, comfortable and perfectly located, it was really ideal for me. I would just like to give a little feedback on the kitchen equipment. There were a few basic utensils missing, such as a bowl for cereals and a tong for pasta, which would have made meal preparation a little easier. That said, I really enjoyed my stay and I will not hesitate to come back or recommend your accommodation! Best Regards

Our stay was wonderful. We were able to see a lot of Madrid just by walking. Public transport was close by when needed. After a long day sight seeing we came back to a comfortable place to eat relax and sleep ready to go again the next morning loved it

Great little apartment in a wonderful area. Lots to do nearby and walkable everywhere, but on a pedestrian street so no traffic. The unit was clean and well supplied. Highly recommend!

Very nice modern apartment in Madrid. On the first floor which is nice for getting bags up and down. Near the heart of Madrid with access to all the major transit lines to get around the city. Would stay again!

Mariola gave great instructions to get into the apartment. The space was perfect for us. And the later checkout was very nice. Definitely recommend.

Cesar was a wonderful host - he communicated with us quickly and effectively. The flat was beautiful and right in the heart of Madrid, you cannot ask for a better location. Our very favourite was Le Coquette which is a blue bars just a short walk away. You cannot go wrong with this spot - thank you for the memories

When we arrived, we found a lady in the apartment who was cleaning the apartment, who was too nice and kind. She cleaned the whole apartment from top to bottom, everything smelled good. We really enjoyed the host, he was clear in everything and was really very active in managing everything. I would highly recommend it to everyone! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

This place was a dream! I couldn't believe I got to stay a couple of nights here, beautiful and taken care of, the bed was super comfy and had everything I needed for a perfect stay. Jolly was super nice. I hope I get to visit Madrid again and get to stay here, cannot recommend it enough!!!

We had a very pleasant and recommended stay. Marta is a super attentive host and can be reached at all times if you need anything. The apartment is 5-10 minutes from the great Plaza España... it is very central and perfectly located, and at night there was no noise.

Rafael was a real host. Always friendly in the communications they had very quickly. The apartment is 200 meters from the Tirso de Molina metro station from which you can then reach any point in the city. Clean and tidy.

Great place to stay in Madrid. It’s a bit of a walk up a large hill to the main attractions but the addition of a spa definitely makes up for it. There’s some nice local bars and restaurants as well.

We had a wonderful stay here,we didn’t have a kettle so contacted the host and he brought a new one to us as soon as he could.Very comfy bed and lovely location.Would recommend.

The place is quiet. The accommodation is very well equipped with little extras (sparkling water, still water, coffee, tea, infusion, chocolate and sweets...) in addition to a very clean, spacious accommodation, a well-made and very comfortable bed like the pillows. Towels that smell like laundry. In short, a flawless welcome with a follow-up from the host who makes sure that everything is going well from the moment of arrival. It is very appreciable, we warmly recommend it.
