Unique 1 bedroom detached cottage set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty within grounds of 4 acres in idyllic location, conveniently situated for exploring the Sussex coast/South Downs. Direct access onto public footpath network and within walking distance of local gastropubs. The ground floor comprises well equipped kitchen/diner, bedroom with king size bed and shower room. Paddle stairs (not suitable for dogs, infants or infirm) to a sitting room also accessed via external staircase.
