Right next to the pool and tennis court and the balcony overlooks the golf course and is perfect for afternoon drinks. Will definitely be back!

I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a calm and relaxing environment in North Myrtle Beach! This unit was exceptionally clean and tidy, allowing our group to feel right at home. The view from the balcony is stunning and the inside of the place itself is lovely. The location is perfect with an easy walk to the beach! It is conveniently close to a grocery store and several other restaurants, making it an ideal spot for an extended stay. Ervisa, as well as her partner Jon, were incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. She also provided me with her number, ensuring she was always available to answer any questions I had! Overall, a 10/10 experience and I would absolutely book this rental again in the future :).

We had the most delightful time. Larry is personable and a great communicator. We loved the farm like atmosphere yet being close to town. Stella and Remy were the best part of our stay. We will definitely stay again next time we are in town.

Me and three others enjoyed our stay here! The condo is exactly as the photos show, it is very clean and roomy for four adults! There is an ocean view balcony and a street view balcony for fresh air. It is close by (walking distance) to surrounding restaurants/bars and the beach. We enjoyed the pool during our stay as well! Susan communicates well and is very responsive! We will be booking again when staying in town in the future!

This property is so beautiful!!! We slept well in comfortable beds, and the furnishings were nice. We were lucky to enjoy the Intercoastal Waterway views each afternoon/night and see boats, jet skiers, and waterskiers going by from the screened-in porch. The unit had all that's needed to make a meal. Owner was friendly, responsive. and checked in to make sure all was OK. Nice touch on the welcome basket. This house was perfect for our week stay with our two dogs. Instructions for check in and check out were clear. The house was very nice and offered a lot of things to use if needed. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Tina was very responsive to our messages. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again in the future.

Absolutely loved the house! Renee is awesome and we felt right at home.

The place was impeccable! We stayed for the weekend, felt right at home. Quick responsive, one slight problem, but she responded right away, and fixed the issue in no time. Didn’t have to provide any toiletries everything was already stocked and lasted for my duration of the trip. Everyone in the surrounding area is friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone that’s interested. You will not be disappointed!

Was a wonderful home. Loved the location was so close to barefoot landing. Would definitely come back again! Two pools were super nice. Easy drive to the beach. Only complaint was the WiFi was so slow there is no way anyone would be able to work remotely.

Mr. Charles and Mrs. Paula were very accommodating, and went above and beyond for me and my friends!! We had a wonderful relaxing time enjoying the view of all of the boats and jet skis going up and down the intracoastal waterway. The condo had a great home feel, and was stocked with everything we may have needed. I will book here again. Thank you both so much!!!!!!

Best kept secret in Myrtle Beach! Patrick’s place was exactly what we needed for me, my wife, and our four-year-old daughter. It was just across the street from the beach, a perfect location. I think it was a great value for what was provided. I really appreciated how Patrick went above and beyond to provide extra things to make things feel more at home like shampoo and conditioner, ziploc bags, basic seasonings for cooking, pots, and pans (and little things like that that are often forgotten or not thought about until you really need them!). The balcony was really nice to enjoy mornings and evenings. Also, the air conditioner was super powerful and kept us cool (I’d recommend keeping it at 73 or 74 as it gets cold fast!). From what I can tell, the pool is not open 100% of the time, but it was for us! It was a really nice to have this add-on and be able to swim in the pool, that was a huge bonus! The condo had everything that we needed including a washer, dryer, dishwasher. 5 stars!

This Condo and location provided a great relaxing vacation at North Myrtle. It is close to great restaurants, shopping, and all things fun. On the nights we didn’t feel like driving, we could walk to a couple places to eat. The house itself is great, there is NOTHING lacking, it’s like staying with family. The pool and hot tub are great, very quiet and clean. We felt very safe there since it’s a gated community and the locking system on the door. Anne is fantastic to work with, she was very proactive and gave all information in advance, also providing information on the fridge about the house, etc. Will definitely stay here when we come back to North Myrtle!!

Very nice place and just as shown in the listing. I appreciate Dennis responding quickly to our messages. The only problem we had was the noisy upstairs neighbors in the mornings (no fault of Dennis’s) All in all it was a very nice stay and I would book again!

Karima was very responsive, her listing was accurate, very good value for the price, super accommodating to her renters. Her space was clean, in a convenient place to the beach and Kings Highway (main strip) and anything else we wanted to do! We had a great extended weekend, I would easily stay again!

You’ve heard that little things mean a lot, with this being said, you get so much more with this lovely rental. Not only do you get all those little extra things that mean so much to a tired traveler or vacationer, but you will also find a spotlessly clean unit that is just the way the pictures show! And to top it off, Rich is a kind and responsive host. I wish I could give bonus stars!
