The bungalow for your own use is located directly on the Lehenhüttl pond in an absolutely quiet location and, together with the owners' house, belongs to the buildings in the meadow that are worth preserving. There are no neighbors (single location). The beautiful town of Jaidhof with a castle and recreational pond is about 500 m away. Krems an der Donau is about 18 km away. The town of Gföhl with shops and restaurants is 1 km away. At the Krumau reservoir (10 km), you have the opportunity for a boat trip.

This apartment is ideally suited for 1 to 2 couples, as well as for families (2 adults and 2-3 children) or solo travelers. Baby crib and children's equipment available on request. There is a swimming pond on the property that is not fenced. Immediately after arrival, a local tax of €2.50 per person per night from the age of 16 is payable.

Our apartment is about 80 m², has 2 bedrooms (each with 1 double bed and 1 single bed), bathroom, toilet, living room, kitchen, a large common room with a Swedish stove (wood for a surcharge) and garden. We were very nicely welcomed by Christa and Andreas upon our arrival. They are extremely likeable, showed us everything right away and answered our questions in a friendly manner. The apartment is also as described and thus fully met our expectations. If you are looking for some peace and relaxation and also don't like any disturbing "light pollution" at night, this is the perfect place for you. It is also a good base for exploring the surrounding landscapes, villages and towns. Thanks again for the pleasant stay!
