Always a great time at Collins Lake Resort! Wonderful place to stay.

Wonderful weekend trip! Me, my husband, son and dogs had a wonderful stay. The location is convenient to everything in government camp. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. It was great to have a washer/dryer and heated garage. We can’t wait to come back and explore more!

Great stay! Second time staying at Grand Lodges and will continue to book here. Check in and out was very easy, staff very responsive and the garage parking a great!

Place was just what we were looking for. Plenty of space the 4 of us to have our own rooms, and could have accommodated many more. Felt very private for being a condo, and had good cooking amenities. The pool, though lacking in aesthetic, was really warm and appeared to be cleaned daily, I enjoyed the evening swims. Thanks for sharing the lovely space!

Pros: Great location, quiet neighborhood, close to shops. well kept house, remodeled interior, nice bathrooms, big garage, beds were comfortable, new washer and dryer, & the yard was maintained well. Cons: Not many All of the bedrooms were small and the TV had streaming services like Netflix but we had to use our own accounts Overall: Good house and worth booking again

Great place in a great location. Very comfortable with everything you need for a great ski vacation.

Nice and comfy home. Loved how the beds/rooms were laid out! Lots of towels and blankets! Beds and pillows were nice! The kids LOVED having a TV in their room. Heat is locked at 65, which was OK. Was a little tricky to figure out how to get the fireplace to come on when we wanted it. Wish there would have been foil, plastic wrap, baggies, or something to store our leftovers. Loved that there were pictures to help organize the kitchen cabinets when unloading the dishwasher.

Golden poles is fantastic! Can’t beat the location. It was easy to get to both Timberline and Meadows, unfortunately Ski Bowl wasn’t open for this trip due to the snow. We enjoyed being able to walk to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, and hiking trails. Happy also to have a garage available for easy parking. We will be back!

Johns home was absolutely perfect! Very clean and provided everything necessary! Most important….the view and surrounding landscape from the back porch tranquil! We didn’t want to leave! Thanks so much for sharing your home.

I had a fantastic stay in Stevenson. Ines was a great host with lots of useful tips and very good communication throughout. Her place had all the comforts of home, and the location was close to all of the Columbia Gorge locations I came to visit. I would definitely love to stay there again on a future trip.

We loved our stay! The house is clean and larger than we expected. The kids loved the foosball table and game console- we liked that they had their own living room space downstairs. The house is very comfortable and has high end features liked heated floors, an ice maker, hot tub, and full sized washer and dryer. The master shower is really nice! The house is in a great location- quick walk to the general store and restaurants (Ratskeller was family friendly and has an arcade upstairs) and only 15 minutes or so to ski at Mt Hood Meadows or Timberline. Also just a few minutes from the Mirror Lake hiking trail. This house seems much nicer than the other rentals in the area. We’d love to stay here again.

Karen’s place is the ideal spot! Easy access to both Timberline shuttle and Summit lift (as in, you can ski out the back door to either!). Also, a nice walk into the charming village of Government Camp. The house is well laid out and spacious with comfortable beds. Karen was communicative and quick to respond to questions. We highly recommend this place. Our family had a great time here and we never even had to use the car!

Great place in Hood River. Very family friendly and easy to get around. It is a pretty steep walk down to town but we enjoying going down the stairs and having someone pick us all up for the trek back. Kitchen had everything we need.

Sarah provided clear instructions for the house and was extremely responsive. We had an issue getting the AC to work and she came right out to get them fixed. The house itself was perfect for our family. It was right next to an incredible children’s park that our daughter loved and was so close to the main area of town that made it easy to go back and forth. We would definitely stay here again on another visit to Hood River.

This was one of the nicest properties we have ever stayed at! It was so clean, beautiful and vintage. The grounds were immaculate and the house. The house was fully stocked with everything you would need. Just pack your bag, get a few groceries and enjoy the essence of being HOME!! The location was very convenient to places in Hood River, OR. You will need a car but honestly the home and grounds were so wonderful you wouldn't even need to go anywhere to enjoy yourself. It was very private. The only time we saw someone else - was someone working a little on the landscape. AND there is a beautiful flower/vegetable garden we enjoyed looking at just a ways away in front of the house. I would buy this house, if it was for sale, if I lived on the West Coast. Thank you to the Owner & Caretakers for sharing it with us!! Nancy B.

This was a great property for a family gathering. We had members of 4 different families staying there and invited others over for dinner. Before we knew it, there were 18 people coming for BBQ'd brats (cooked on the provided BBQ). The kitchen was by far the best stocked I've ever seen in a rental property. Every size of pan and cooking utensil we needed was on hand. There were plenty of plates, eating utensils, and drinking vessels too. Using both of the decks, we had enough seating for everyone too. I highly recommend this property.

Incredibly positive Airbnb experience. Everything about the stay, from the well stocked recently remodeled house, to the neighborhood, to the host’s very quick responses and to questions made our stay in Hood River everything we hoped for. Bonus for the neighbor’s friendly cat - Neville - that stopped by most times we were sitting on the front porch. They also had a very clean pack and play for our 1 year old. Only feedback would be for a microwave.

David was a wonderful host and the property is gorgeous! There were 8 of us for 2 nights. We were attending a nearby wedding. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and we ate on the patio with a gorgeous view. The beds were super comfy. Lots of parking space. David was so kind- he even watched our dog for us the day we went to the wedding. We all wished we could stay longer. It’s so pretty and peaceful and there’s so much to do in the area. We truly hope to come back for a longer stay in the future. A wonderful spot for a bigger group to get together and all have tons of space to hang out inside and out. Thank you David!

Incredible Views Beautiful home in the farmland of Odell, just minutes away from everything fun in Hood River. But out far enough to be truly a country/rural getaway. The home had a wonderful kitchen to cook all the meals we wanted… very well stocked with pots, pans and dishes. The yard had a big lawn, a nice swing to use, an awesome place to relax, with incredible views of Mt.Hood to the south. The patio/deck was perfect for outdoor meals, and easy access to the kitchen prep area. The mini-splits A/C and heat were super quiet, and kept the home very comfortable. The bedrooms had nice cozy beds, & we all slept great! Our 1st conversation among the four of us was that we will definitely be back!

We booked Alex’s place to celebrate a birthday in our family. The location is just a short walk to scenic trails and only a 5-minute stroll into town. Our family of nine had plenty of space to spread out, and there were activities for everyone to enjoy. The kids had a great time playing Jenga, while the adults appreciated the music from the entertainment center. It was a wonderful spot to relax and cozy up with blankets by the fireplace on chilly nights. We will definitely be returning!

This place is great! Very roomy with 3 bedrooms and plenty of space in the main room and kitchen. Andrew was extremely responsive and communicative. I would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Hood River! Julie was a very responsive host and clearly committed to ensuring everything is great at her place. Perfect space, loved the views, kitchen was well-appointed, comfortable beds, very easy living. Just note the driveway, which is quite steep; we couldn't use it for either one of our cars.

Beautiful place! Close to so many amazing hikes and restaurants!
