Holiday rentals in Homoljac

It truly is a home away from home. The Arya was well equipped. We used the kitchen quite a lot during our stay and it had all utensils we needed. The grocery store was just a stone throw away. The Plitvice lakes is only about 15 minutes away by car. Everything was so conveniently near. Having Sonja and her mom, Milena as our host was amazing. Milena made us some doughnuts during our stay and they were delicious. And Sonja was always there when we have questions.

An unforgettable short trip with 8 people! We stayed in Martina's AirBnB for hiking in this area and had a really comfortable and worry-free time - there was nothing missing. Lots of luxury and an extremely friendly hostess, who responded to all our wishes, welcomed us in her particularly hospitable way. There was always easy and direct communication with the host, even if there were a few special requests. We are grateful for these moments of eating together on the beautiful terrace, sweating in the sauna, or being able to enjoy a relaxing TV or billiard evening. 5 stars for the accommodation in this dream location as well as 5 stars for Martina - our AirBnB heroine 🌄

lovely place, detached in it's own wide plot, surrounded by... well almost nothing and no-one. Very peaceful. Slightly quirky to these British eyes, but our family of 5 (adults) just about fitted it. Impressive BBQ area, as was the rest of the outdoor area. I think there's 4 different places for us all to eat together. plenty hot water. Good air con. Lots of cutlery and bowls and cooking stuff + oils and condiments. If you're not brand fussy, there's everything you need for washing hair and body. Only need toothpaste and toothbrush! Plitvice is only 15mins drive, so you can get there when it opens and have the place to yourself for a couple hours which is VERY worth it! Gojko recommended the local Bistro Vila Velebita, at which we enjoyed an excellent introduction to Croatia food and hospitality. Note: lounge seating is not that comfortable. Also some dexterity is needed to reach the double bedroom upstairs. But we loved the place!

This is the “off the beaten path” kind of place one dreams of. It was worth every cent and worth every second of the drive up in our ridiculously large vehicle. The pictures show exactly the idyllic vision that welcomed us. We truly were blown away by our stay here. From sitting outside sipping our morning coffee, using the sauna to relax after the 18 km hike, waking to the bright glow of the morning light upstairs and even making a meal for 5 adults in the little kitchen, it was such a wonderful experience. There was plenty of space for us all. For my standards this place was extremely clean and was stocked well for our stay. The only negative - the market is so far away. This could have easily been solved with a little more planning on our part. My advice is to stop at the market before driving in to avoid the Plitvice traffic. We are already trying to figure out our return trip to Croatia. Goran’s place will be a priority stop for us. Next time we plan to stay longer.

the house is perfect for 4 people, double bedroom plus bedroom with two single beds upstairs with heat pump/air conditioning and bathroom, instead on the ground floor open space well equipped kitchen with table and living room with sofa and another bathroom, heated with pellet stove. the two floors are connected by an internal staircase. beautiful porch with table,bench and barbecue. plus a beautiful large fenced and quiet garden. convenient location to reach the plitvice lakes by car in 10 minutes. highly recommended

This small house is an ideal location if you like a private, tourism-free sleeping place. There is a big grass field and forest located next to the house which gives you a beautiful view to look at. Close to the house are the plitvice lakes (15 minute drive) which are a big recommendation if you are a lover of nature!

I was here on a short vacation and I am delighted! The location is a full hit because it is near the island of Pag and Zadar is very close. Monika and Jure were excellent hosts, they gave me recommendations for attractions and restaurants nearby and welcomed me with gifts in a basket - a wonderful gesture. The apartment is impeccably clean and I enjoyed their beautiful terrace. All recommendations!

It was a beautiful stay at Anamarija’s house, wonderful location, big backyard with greenery, place to relax in sun and have breakfast or meal..House was lovely..we absolutely enjoyed our stay!!
