this is my second time staying at Tim's place the room and pool where perfect my only complaint is guests assuming in another room where up and out late two men and a woman talking loudly past midnight besides that which is not Tim's fault awesome stay . great value easy to find and get to . clean fully furnished kitchen wares

Great location to the national park! We were able to get into the park early and before the crowds. Walkable to several restaurants and shops. Several floor rugs were a tripping hazard- I would recommend getting new ones or just removing. Beds and furniture were comfortable.

This place was great for our family. We got a unit close to the pool (which is heated, and has a kiddie pool next to it) and spent a lot of time with our daughter going back and forth. It's close enough to The Village that we were able to enjoy the lake, restaurants, and shopping without much of a drive. We will definitely be back!

This was my second multi-week stay here, my favorite place to stay in the Joshua Tree area and I've tried quite a few. Simple but completely comfortable, nothing lacking, great art on the walls. The only other house remotely close has been unoccupied both times I stayed here. So the sense of privacy and isolation is tremendous. Out back is not just an acre or two but seemingly square miles of undeveloped land, you can go out for long walks or runs through the creosote and never see anyone. The drive out from town seems long at first but it really doesn't take much time and you get used to it. Anyway, I really dig this place, hope you will too.
