Wyck Annexe

Enjoy starry skies and peaceful nights in our home away from home. Our annexe is situated in the garden of our family home in Wyck, Hampshire. A recently refurbished modern space in a tranquil setting offering a large bedroom upstairs with bathroom and sitting area. Downstairs there is a small open plan kitchen with dining table opening onto a sitting room with log burner and smart TV inc SKY. There is also a large walk in shower room on the ground floor. Please note : TWO night minimum stay

Kate’s cottage

Located in one of the most beautiful counties in the UK you are surrounded by wonderful countryside. You're free to roam amongst our menagerie of super friendly pet hens, ducks, pigs and our Highland calves. In addition we have our extensive collection of historic vehicles from the Iron Curtain Museum. Woodland walks are close by. Alton Town is just a mile away. Dogs are very welcome but need to be on the lead on the farm. Our two dogs, Mary and Joseph are kept in our private area.

Secret Garden Annexe @ Farm View Country Retreat

Escape to our tranquil hideaway for beautiful countryside walks, peaceful village cycle rides and endless old cosy pubs full of character and charm. With far reaching views, the Secret Garden is on the edge of the South Downs National Park, and has a private garden with a decked patio area, perfect for alfresco dining… or a glass or two of wine! After a day exploring, why not visit one of the many pubs nearby, or switch on the fairy lights and snuggle up in our stylish and cosy annexe.

Large self-contained detached studio

Cliddesden is a village on the edge of the North Hampshire Downs yet close to the town of Basingstoke. Guests staying here can enjoy lovely country walks whilst still very close to the amenities of Basingstoke. Our studio is very spacious with it`s own patio and garden furniture, weather permitting. Kitchenette has limited facilities but a popular country pub is within a 5 minute walk and offers great Thai and English dishes. Sky TV, Ethernet connection available.

The Stables at Warren Farm. Rustic charm

Warren Farm is 2 miles from Alton, which is famous for the Watercress Line steam railway and the home of Jane Austen. We are also on the edge of the South Downs National Park and within easy reach of Winchester and the Historic Dockyards and ferry terminals in Portsmouth. The Stables has it's own entrance from the beautiful garden room which adjoins our barn. There are country views and footpaths if you are feeling energetic! We look forward to welcoming you.

Ivy Annexe

Brand new annexe built in 2024 next to our picturesque 16th century thatched cottage. The perfect blend of quintessential English charm you would expect in Jane Austen's village, combined with all the mod cons of modern living. Fast wifi, smart TVs, power shower, central heating, full kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle - and outside seating. As well as the double bed with Emma mattress in the bedroom, the sofa doubles up as a sofa bed.

Self contained studio in Lower Bourne, Farnham

Kick back and relax in this calm, quiet, stylish self contained studio space, with private patio. Studio is detached from the main property in the garden of a family home. Farnham town centre/railway station is a 20 minute walk away. Trains to London Waterloo are just under the hour. 3 lovely pubs, namely The Bat and Ball, Spotted Cow and The Fox all within walking distance. Bourne Woods and Frensham Ponds very nearby.

Self Contained Garden Studio

A fabulous space in an oak-framed garden studio independent to our home with double bed, large shower room and tea and coffee making facilities, microwave and mini fridge. Within walking distance of the Watercress Line and less than 10 minutes drive to Jane Austen's House. We are also well placed for walks from the doorstep and the ancient and beautiful city of Winchester is just a 20 minute drive away.

Beautiful, well appointed studio annexe in the heart of the Hampshire countryside. South Warnborough is a wonderful place to base yourself for a short stay, nestled in the quiet, rolling countryside of Southern England but with easy access to London and to the South West.
