Downstairs are one double bed in the corner in a bright room, with a toilet nearby . The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, with a fantastic view and 2 terrasses and a big garden. Only 9oo m from public transportations, supermarket, bakery and fast food. 30 min. from downtown Cph, by car and max 1/2 hour by train from Holte station.

This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Private access to a wonderful big terrace overlooking our private garden. There is no access for guests to our private garden and pool. One bathroom is in connection with one of the bedrooms, the other bathroom is in the hall next to the eat- in kitchen. No television.
