Small annex with sofa and TV, dining table and 2 chairs, the kitchen, private bathroom, bedroom on the lower floor with double bed 140x200. Private enclosed terrace with barbecue and outdoor fireplace. Not suitable for bad walking or small children, due to steep stairs. Private entrance through the garden. The beautiful Faxe bay and Noret just outside the house set the framework for an absolutely wonderful place. The house was named winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful Summerhouse at DR1 (2014). The well appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 meters to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for the family with 2-3 children. Year-round, you can bathe in the “Svenskerhull” ml. Roneklint and the small nice island of Maderne, owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is made for beautiful walks – and bike rides.

Take the whole family to this amazing home. The old pigeon is just fully renovated after the time has stood still for 35 years. It was in the late '80s that you stopped using the building for pigeons and chickens, and which today stands newly renovated by 80% recycled materials that were supposed to be thrown into construction sites, but were instead used to build this fun little home. Small separate garden with secluded terrace. Dogs allowed, however, max 2 pcs. Can by appointment run loose on the entire property. Smoking in the house is not allowed but must be outdoors.

The studio is located as a self-contained apartment on our country estate in the middle of a small village. In connection with the renovation, we have retained the original ceiling height and light input from when it was in use as a studio. The studio is close to, among other things, the Forest Tower, Holmegaard Glasværk, Bonbonland, beach and forest.
