Our group of 3 enjoyed staying in the guesthouse. It was comfortable and clean. The host was very friendly, helpful, and provided all basic amenities. The room is very nice and cozy, fully furnished Really cosy Bathrooms and toilets, although communal, are clean and warm with plenty of setup But the gate on the 1st floor had to be pushed hard to open, so we thought the door was locked and wandered for a while. No soundproofing but everyone is trying to keep noise to a minimum so it's ok Nice location but because of the snow on the road it was hard to walk so we couldn't explore more of the neighborhood

We used it for sightseeing in Otaru, but we had a wonderful time in a beautiful and stylish interior and convenient location.

Very beautiful common space, it may not be very convenient to stay for a day, it would be nice if you could stay here for a long time. Also, dragging a suitcase from the platform to the house in winter is really difficult, the snow is very thick and difficult to drag, it's best to bring small luggage when staying here🧳

The cafe on the ground floor is also the guest lounge, and the smell of coffee and the personality of the master made me feel at home.☕ I was happy that the guests can have a cheap drink at the cafe🍞 and the free breakfast toast, and the book in the cafe, "You can take it to the bedroom ~". The😊 cafe latte was also delicious.☕ The water area such as the shower was beautiful, and there was plenty of space for the dormitory room, and I didn't feel cramped. The location is also close to nature such as Nakajima Park, and it is quiet away from the bustle of the city, but I think there is a convenience store and bakery. If I come to Sapporo, I want to come back again.

Loved my stay at Masahiro’s place! Hostel style, with your own bed and room (pretty big) with shared shower, toilet and kitchen. Everything was super clean and comfortable. AC worked great as well. The bedroom is tatami style so keep that in mind, best for back sleepers but if you sleep on the side not quite as comfortable (I was by myself so I just added a futon layer and it was fine.) Also to note is that some of the rooms face the street and it can be a bit loud if you are a light sleeper. The area is in a great location, walking distance to the ropeway and the red warehouse district.

What I liked most was the beautiful cats😻. Also the hostel was clean, tidy and with very comfortable beds. I would stay here again without thinking twice.

Nice place close to the national ainu museum. Even just for the museum it is definitely worth a visit.
