Due to the proximity to the A4 and A72 highways, you can quickly reach cities worth seeing such as Dresden, Leipzig and Jena, or the beautiful Westerzgebirge. Chemnitz city can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Just around the corner there is a nice playground for fun. You can explore the area on many cycling and hiking trails.

The approx. 50 sqm, cozy, lovingly furnished and ecologically renovated apartment in 2020 is divided into two separate rooms (bedroom, living room) with an attached kitchen (separable by a sliding door). It can accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and up to 2 children with a large 1.80 m wide bed and a sofa bed (approx. 1.20 m wide). Attention motorsport fans: the Sachsenring is only 4 km away! There is the possibility of setting up a baby crib.

English: (for english please use Google translate) The whole apartment is fully equipped, there is an Aldi supermarket on the other side of the street and the city center is within walking distance. The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.

Very nice and cozy apartment located in the attic with newly renovated bathroom, an open plan kitchen and spacious bedroom. In the immediate vicinity is the Sachsenring (less than 10 min by car) with numerous sporting events (e.g. MotoGP). Many other sights (Dresden, Leipzig, Chemnitz) can also be reached in no time thanks to good access to the highway.

It's a former office (driving school), which is equipped with a bed. A bed (2m x 1.4m), a sink, table and sofa are available. No shower. No hob. Toilet is secluded in the stairwell.
