The house is beautiful and modern. It's over an avenue which makes it a friendly place to walk. There are pharmacies, supermarkets, nearby. Ideal for moving around and moving to the commercial circuit. Downtown is a few blocks away. Everything is very excellent

Luis Arnaldo is a true gentleman, he welcomed us with a bottle of welcome wine and some small treats hehe. Attentive, very helpful and quiet. Always willing to help with tips and important information. The duplex is exactly as shown in the photos, without great luxuries, but with everything you need. If it's in the summer, having air-conditioning in the kitchen/living room and in the bedrooms is crucial. The mattresses are comfortable and the electric oven is excellent for heating up leftovers for breakfast. Thanks for everything Luis Arnaldo.

The house is very nice and comfortable, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total, air conditioning in all rooms. But the best part was Daniel's service, we had unforeseen events on the trip and he was super kind to us! I recommend it to everyone!

I have to say that Carlos' house is great, clean and beautiful, nothing is missing. Carlos is practically new to airbnb, he offered his house, but I let him know overnight and stayed with us. I must say that he took a time, very attentive, introduced us to his people and even a taxi driver and driver, taking us without planning it to Iguazú Falls. Carlos was a great host and a person worth meeting.
