Excellent road links to the A3 Hogsback, M3, Guildford, Farnham & the Surrey Hills National Landscape area, & train link to Portsmouth & London, just a 5 min drive away in Ash.

It is ideal for one or two people but can sleep 1-2 more, utilising the Muji sofa bed (width of a double when unfolded). It is also a short walking distance from the university, business park and Surrey Hospital (less than 5 minutes by car).

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on some days of the week. Do enquire. NB: There may be some disturbance from building work in the adjoining annex, but this is very intermittent and much of the time there is no noise at all. You may, though, be unlucky!

You will be in the heart of gorgeous Guildford Town Centre! Guildford has so much to offer all year round and our property is an absolute gem quietly tucked away right in the heart of it all! Free private parking is available for one car, but you can walk, train, bus or taxi everywhere very easily.

Little Willow - town centre gem with parking

Little Willow is set in our walled garden and is a self contained annex to our home. It was completed in October 2020. It has a bedroom/sitting room with a king size bed, sofa, table and two chairs and a smart tv. There is also a kitchenette with kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, hob and fridge. The modern bathroom has a large walk in shower and heated towel rail. Travel cot and occasional bed available on request at an additional charge.
