The cottage is located on a shared plot, which is 5000 m2, so the patio you have behind the cottage is free of view. Everything in the cabin except sheets and private towels. Kitchen towels are provided, only running cold water. Water hose on the back! To the shower with hot water + WC you have to walk about 75m. The bathroom is shared with others, maximum 5 people. In the yard, it was way back a crane guest house. There, the king and his companions could eat, rest, and switch to rested horses on their journey through the land. This is a long time ago. We have run the farm as a dairy farm but also it is history. As we become retired, we have devoted this house a little extra love and care. It has been renovated and become 2 apartments. Här hittar vi verkligen lugnet. Utsikten är vidsträckt och solnedgångarna här är magiska. Sommartid hänger vi helst vid poolen, läser i skuggan, simmar några längder, cyklar till havet och längst med den unika stenkusten. Vintertid kurar vi framför kaminen, dricker kaffe, läser böcker och myser i pyjamas hela dagen.

Stand-alone grand piano where Carl Linnaeus stayed

Welcome to rent one wing at Persnäs Prästgård. The vicarage is located in a very beautiful and quiet place close to many of northern Öland's attractions. The grand piano dates back to the 12th century and Linnaeus spent the night here on his island trip in 1741.
