The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Good parking facilities in the area. Approximately 15-20 minutes' walking distance to the city center, swimming area, harbor, restaurants, shopping and bus. Feel free to rent a bike. Kullabygden offers experiences such as the nature reserve Kullaberg, old fishing village and sports hall & outlet.

Welcome to our cozy loft cabin, built in 2021! You live secluded with a patio to the west in our wire yard. The cottage is 24 sqm+ 9 sqm sleeping loft with two 140 mattresses. Ladder. There is one bedroom, sleeping loft, living room with sofa bed and kitchen and a bathroom. We put some food in the fridge,freezer and pantry as a start. You have 250 m to a small swimming area and a long promenade for jog and evening walk with sunset in the sea. See GUIDEBOOK. We love our Kullabygden and would love to share it with you!

Nearby are shops, restaurants, brewery, wineries and cafes. Possibility to play golf/ tennis/padel or why not hike/climb or take the opportunity to ride?

Ta ett morgondopp eller gå till stränderna i närheten, eller vandra längs havet till Kullaberg. Närhet till Höganäs, Helsingborg och Ängelholm. Vi har även en lägenhet för 4 personer på tomten intill.
