Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Hoedspruit

This property is beautifully situated on a working citrus farm with clear views of the surrounding mountains: this is all topped off by a gorgeous symphony of birds that greet you in the morning. The staff were very friendly and gave us some useful information on the surrounding amenities and activities. There is also a restaurant on the property, where we had breakfast and enjoyed the natural surrounds. The farmhouse is situated within short driving distance of the many activities and interesting sites that Hoedspruit has on offer. Our overall stay was lovely.

Absolutely magical! Our stay at this incredible spot was nothing short of magical. The views are breathtaking, the space is beautifully and uniquely designed, and the entire experience felt like a peaceful retreat from the world. Waking up to the mountain view was unforgettable. Everything was just as described (if not better), and we felt right at home. Andre and Erna were wonderful, warm, and generous with their time and local knowledge. One of the most unforgettable experiences was feeding the zebras that wander right up to the house. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a special, soul-restoring getaway. Call of the Wild is a must visit if you are planning a trip to the Hoedspruit area, Sue’s place is comfy, clean, well maintained and has all the amenities as listed on Airbnb, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the bush over New Years ☺️

The house is stunning, but the location is beyond perfection - we were often greeted with wildlife and it was a beautiful sight. The entire space is perfect for relaxation and a much-needed break from the hustle of city life

Our second stay at Riette's was even more spectacular! Quiet, private and tranquil with the occasional visit from an animal friend. Bee-Eater cottage is little gem. Highly recommend!
