Cozy 1-room apartment – ideal for short stays

This small (45 sqm) accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people in one room. The double bed can be separated from the sofa, dining area and mini kitchen using a sliding curtain. The sofa can be quickly converted into a comfortable 1.40 meter bed, which we will be happy to prepare for you. The rain shower and the modern design of the bathroom leave nothing to be desired. A large TV and WiFi are of course also available. There is no nice view, but there is a lot of light for the basement.

Everywhere, attention has been paid to good quality and loving details. Nuremberg, Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Bamberg, Würzburg, the Steigerwald, Franconian Switzerland,... are within easy reach. We look forward to seeing nice guests who love nature and want to feel comfortable and relax with us.

Die behindertengerechte Wohnung ist ebenerdig und befindet sich sehr zentral im Ortskern. Direkt vor der Unterkunft befinden sich kostenlose öffentliche Parkplätze. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sowie diverse Gaststätten (fränkische, italienische und griechische Küche) sind fußläufig erreichbar.

New stylish, light-flooded apartment with stunning views of the river bend of the Aisch. Very quiet location on the outskirts, wonderful for relaxing. Between Bamberg and Nuremberg. Within 10 minutes you can reach the A3 and A73 highways and are thus quickly on your way in 20 minutes to Bamberg, 25 minutes to Erlangen and 45 minutes to Nuremberg. Shopping is 5 minutes away by car.🌸 Visit the traditional inns to eat carp and the special Christmas markets.
