We stayed with Kerstin for 2 nights and felt super comfortable. You can tell right away when you enter the apartment that it was furnished with a lot of heart. Pretty, spacious accommodation. Everything very clean, very good beds, large cozy balcony with real plants. Top kitchen equipment, large refrigerator. Accommodation in the attic. 2nd floor, stairs, no elevator. Parking space available. Fast connection to federal roads and highways, great location to Mainz, Wiesbaden and the Rhine. Highly recommended.

My stay went great, the accommodation is very charming as is the village where it is located. All the necessary amenities are present in the apartment. Christiane is a very kind and available host, communication was very easy. To recommend!

We felt very comfortable right away. The entire accommodation was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the house is on a busy street, so sleeping with the window open is difficult. The windows are super insulated and with the window closed it is no problem. Unfortunately, we were there when it was 30°C and more. But Frank had prepared 2 fans for us. We highly recommend it.

Very nice, well-kept apartment with a large balcony in the countryside. We felt very comfortable and were therefore here for the second time. Barbara is very friendly, easy to reach and very helpful.

A great accommodation: a cool apartment in the hot summer and a sauna in the winter. It has everything you need in the kitchen (even sharp knives!), in the bathroom (also shower gel, shampoo and toiletries) and a private terrace. We immediately enjoyed the feeling of well-being and the concert of the Bögel and Nienen.

We had a great, relaxing short break in Oksana's accommodation. It is wonderfully quiet in the middle of a natural paradise. Eppstein itself is also beautiful and invites you to stay longer. Communication with Oksana was always very nice and easy and, if necessary, utensils were provided. Thank you again for this!

Very friendly reception, the apartment was absolutely clean and equipped with everything you need :) Keep in mind that without a car you are dependent on buses and it takes about half an hour to get to the train station! Many thanks to our nice host :)

We had four wonderful days in this beautiful apartment! It's all there, the area is very nice and quiet, and with the bus stop around the corner it's no problem to get to the city, the Rhine, etc. quickly. All in all highly recommended!

I was in Sabine's apartment for the second time and can still recommend it. The apartment is spacious and equipped with everything you need. There is always a parking space in the quiet neighborhood. I was there on a business trip and really appreciated the reliable, high-performance Wi-Fi. Sabine and her husband are extremely friendly and respond very flexibly to requests. A pleasant experience all around, thank you Sabine!

I’d rate it 4.5* but rounding up to 5: very clean, pleasant apartment in a green, peaceful area. I had a lovely morning run and we enjoyed breakfast with a great view from the balcony thanks to the good weather. Two minor points: The beds were very good, but the blankets were oddly short—even my 155cm GF found them small—and the shower was only lukewarm a few times. Communication was mixed: we locked ourselves out once 😖 but it was resolved within 10 min, which was great. However, we didn’t read the hot tub instructions beforehand (our fault), and when I messaged via the app to check if we could still use it, we got no reply. We did receive apologies afterwards—they weren’t notified of the messages, apparently. Overall, still a great stay!

The hosts are super likeable! Communication was excellent and smooth. The apartment is upscale, modern, cozy and furnished with a lot of love. You don't lack anything, you feel right at home. Just arrive, store his belongings in the cabinets or in their desired places, some food in the fridge and feel right at home. The highlight for connoisseurs is the bathroom with spacious jacuzzi bathtub and the sauna located in the bathroom. When you get up in the morning you can hear the birds chirping and you are very close to the outskirts, where you can walk a few minutes on foot in the Ferlder. Beautiful rape fields with the Frankufurter skyline in the distance. The good infrastructure allows you to swarm out in the Taunus in a few minutes to immerse yourself in various forests, hiking trails, etc. I'd love to come back, you can switch off nicely and it feels like a vacation in.
