What a fantastic stay we had! This place is more than just a caravan. It felt like home from home. Such a spacious, comfortable and all round perfect place to stay. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night. The host was responsive and even came to the caravan to help us with some things when we arrived. Very close to whitstable, Hearn bay and not far from Broadstairs we visited them all. We will definitely be back.

We had a lovely stay here, Nick was an excellent host, greeted us on arrival and very helpful with local info. Nick responded almost immediately to messages and had the pool ready for us to use as and when we requested. The kids had so much fun in the pool, the floats and toys left out to use were an added bonus! House was spotless and perfectly equipped. Would definitely Recommend and would happily return. We enjoyed a 3 day mini break at the Calf Shed cottage with our 2 children and dog. The cottage itself was nice with open plan kitchen and comfy seating area, and a private garden area which was great for the kids and dog. A big bonus was the heated pool with stunning views. The weather was not great but the heated pool meant we could still use it, which is a short walk from the cottage. The kids also enjoyed the trampoline and table tennis. The main barn was not rented during our stay which meant we had sole use of the pool and play equipment. There was no welcome pack/booklet however the host Alison was quick to respond to questions (wifi password, bin locations, etc). Other comments is the double bed was actually 2 single beds which the kids commandeered and signs of wear and tear here and there. However overall a pleasant trip.

We absolutely loved our stay and will be booking again. The space was clean, warm and very spacious up and downstairs. The design and decor was on another level. We couldn’t get over the beautiful chandelier. We were greeted with fruits and milk on arrival in the large kitchen. Ahead of our journey we were given clear directions to the property. Access was easy and there were clear instructions for the sauna, pool etc. We used the sauna daily. It’s was huge and looked brand new. We were be able to watch the kids swim in the pool from the sauna. The kids absolutely loved the pool and took every opportunity day and night to swim. It really was a bonus to have our own pool. 5 of us stayed for a week and there was enough space in the fridge and freezer for all of our food. I have already recommended the space to my friends.

Jane was a brilliant host. Responsive, professional and very friendly. The cottage was clean, had everything you’d need and more! The pool and hot were definitely the highlight! Thank you for a lovely stay :)

I stayed for my 30th birthday celebrations and had the best time ever. This place was perfect! the decor, the location, the surroundings and most importantly Karen and her husband was so friendly and lovely and ensured I had a special birthday. I’ve stayed at Airbnb’s before and I’ve never had a host as lovely as Karen was, the perfect host we could have wish for. The swimming pool was amazing and me and my family had a wonderful time enjoying it in the sun with a BBQ. The cottage was spotless and a welcome hamper was provided and every little detail was perfect. The garden area was beautiful through out the day and so peaceful and relaxing. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough, it was truly perfect and I will definitely be staying again and recommending to everyone I know! Thank you again for making it such a special birthday x

We were very impressed on arrival. Lovely peaceful grounds, pool bigger than we’d expected and great games area. Good place to stay with our extended family, good central location, really enjoyed nearby Canterbury. We were lucky with the weather. We visited Howletts zoo & 2 different sea-sides. The house is quite warm, it’s great fans are provided in all bedrooms. Improvements- Need better extraction for the kitchen- & update the book on what to do if the smoke alarm goes off! The agency were quick to help but with poor phone signal this was tricky to arrange. Bigger beds/ new mattresses Downstairs loo had no toilet lid Other reviews mentioned cobwebs & the place seeming a bit ‘tired’, I’d agree with some of that but it didn’t stop us having a wonderful time & a few cobwebs don’t bother me, everything else was clean and we’d love to return .

A lovely large house with a great sea view and a fabulous location. Very handy to get to the beach and into Herne Bay as well as being close to other places such as Canterbury and Whitstable. The house had all the amenities we needed and the hand rails and extra banister on the stairs were very helpful for my elderly mum. Towels and linen on comfy bed were crisp and clean. The only things that could be improved are the facilities in the games room, at least one more TV and attention to the tiredness in certain parts of the house. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend.

I have stayed in AirBnBs all around the world, and this one was my favorite! Perfect location, very nice interior and bedding, adorable patio, and personable hosts. Highly recommended!

lovely detached house right on the seafront. The terrace has stunning sea views and great sunsets. The 5 bedrooms are all very nice and offer some flexibility with twins and doubles. We loved the seaside themed decor and nice touches like blankets. Nice host who gave very clear instructions. very clean and the kitchen was well stocked.

Lovely little cottage right by the sea. Toria and Jo were very helpful and super quick to respond to any questions. We stayed with young children and the place catered to every need for parents a babies/toddlers. The place was really charming and colourful with a little outdoor space perfect to enjoy a quiet cup of tea in the morning. The best part being how close the beach was. Highly recommend.

Maurice was a great host, easy to contact and deal with. The "Tiny house" is indeed small but it is also well presented and very comfortable. Also spotlessly clean. Only one small improvement that we would suggest would be a mirror near a socket so that the ladies or gents can dry/straighten hair etc. Otherwise perfect for our requirements. Thank you

Wonderful cottage, great location near the nature reserve. Really comfy beds and wonderful hosts who looked after us with welcome milk/bread and all the baby cot and highchair set up for our arrival. We’ll come back for sure!

This is by far the best house we’ve ever rented for a vacation. Perfect in every sense, beautifully finished and furnished, comfortable and had everything we needed, including selection of biscuits, teas and coffees + milk in the fridge on arrival; games, books etc. in the living room. Terry is the best host, very accommodating and responsive, friendly and definitely goes an extra mile. The location is great too, just a 2 minutes walk to the beach and close to shops and town. Easy swim in the sea, very calm and gently sloping, felt safe even for our 12 years old. The town has a cat cafe which was a highlight for our daughter and a lovely hike to Reculver Towers in Reculver Country Park, which was a highlight for me. Starfish Bar is the best fish a chip shop we could find, they fry the fish fresh for you and chips are delicious and fluffy. We were also lucky to watch beautiful sunsets. We had a wonderful stay and planning to come back in the future.

Alison’s place was a wonderful retreat. It was a great location for exploring local history. Being right across from the shore was an added bonus. The house had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the setting was peaceful, and it was just a joy to stay here. It’s a truly beautiful home.

Gabrielle's place is one of the best Airbnb place Ive stayed in. Gabrielle has been very thoughtful in everything provided for a comfortable, homely stay. Very tasteful decor/fixtures and fittings. The kitchen had everything you need plus condiments, tea, cofee etc and milk in the fridge. It is a home from home and I wished we had stayed longer. My brother in law lives in Canterbury so we will definitely be coming back to stay again and again. I could have just sat in the conservatory (my favourite space ) and the terrace all day looking at the sky and the sea. Amazing sunset view from the property. Gabrielle"s place is 1 minute away from the sea and perfect for walking along the seafront. The Hampton Inn pub in the corner facing the sea is a 2minutes walk and was very welcoming, friendly and serves fresh delicious food for lunch and dinner. A perfect stay in itself and also for visits to Whitstable, Margate and Canterbury. Thank you Gabrielle for being an amzing host. :)

I had a fantastic stay at Joseph’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect, close to the main landmarks and attractions. Also the neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. Communication with the host was seamless. He was friendly, responsive, and made check-in/check-out incredibly easy. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, local guidebook and snacks. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thanks again for a great experience!

Carol's place is one of the most comfortable places we've stayed in Whitstable/Tankerton over the past few years. Has all you can need, nice and new decor, easy to follow instructions for everything and no officious requirements on checking out. Carol was super responsive and flexible on check out time.

Stephen was there to hand us the keys and gave us a quick tour of the house. A lovely little house with everything needed for a break and three minutes walk from the town centre. We'd definitely stay again. Try the Crispin Inn pub if you stay - most superb!

We spent 5 nights at Debra’s beautiful home in Tankerton over my daughter’s half term holiday. It was exactly what we needed - a home away from home. The perfect space for her to study and relax together, while allowing me to catch up with friends and explore Tankerton, Whitstable and all the lovely restaurants and shops. Thank you so much Debra, I hope we’ll be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was well equipped and well organised. We had everything we needed in a compact space that felt uncluttered and comfortable. It was really well positioned close to the city centre near parks, the river and great places to visit and eat.
