Holiday rentals with breakfast in Hoa Xuan

We had a great stay here, it was very easy to get into Hoi An centre by Grab or bike. Host was excellent and we had breakfast made for us on our 1st morning which was delicious.

This place is a gem. We had a great stay at La Maison Cabane with our young kids. The home is super comfortable and Huong and Kim Anh made us feel so at home and cared for. The beds were comfy and home was comfortable for all of us. We loved breakfast each morning! It was always great! The beach was a bit chilly during our visit but we still made the most of it. Loved being able to walk to dinner at a different really great spot each night. Quick Grab ride to Hoi An proper and easy to arrange all of our activities through Huong. Thanks for everything!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this 3-bedroom villa in Da Nang. The house itself is spotless — extremely clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a family or group. We truly loved our time here and made wonderful memories. What really made the experience stand out was the incredible support from our host, Hương Lan. She helped us with everything — from booking our Hoi An trip, arranging transportation, to even getting discounted tickets for Ba Na Hills. If you’re heading to Da Nang and want an end-to-end experience taken care of, she’s the one to trust. The housekeeper, Ms. Liên, was also fantastic — very professional, humble, and made the check-in and check-out process smooth and welcoming. No words to explain how lovely this stay was. Dinh was the most amazing host. So thoughtful, caring and sweet. We accidentally booked a night less than we were meant too and she let us move into the other room she has available. She gave us advice for activities, her food at her restaurant was so good! Super helpful with other things like flexible check in, extra pillows etc and the place was better than we expected. Would have loved to stay here longer but would definitely come back

Could not express enough how much we loved this place. My wife and 4 kids would have stayed a lot longer, there’s so much to do on and off the resort everything was perfect. Definitely staying here again!

The place was so beautiful and clean! I love how it was tucked away from the street, making it very peaceful. Delicious breakfasts were prepared for us every morning and the host is so kind and responds quickly. Definitely was the most beautiful Airbnb i’ve been in and felt very homey. The location was also amazing, with restaurants, cafes, the river and dragon bridge just a walking distance away. Highly recommend!! ❤️

Our stay at Mia’s place was absolutely fantastic. The apartment was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. For a small fee, you can enjoy the rooftop pool with stunning views over My Khe Beach. The beach itself is just a one-minute walk away. Mia arranged both pickup and drop-off for us, which was super convenient. Whenever we had a question, she responded immediately. The neighborhood is full of great restaurants and bars, making it a perfect location. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Great place….worth every penny.Awesome surrounding. Perfect for a family of 4 members-2 adults and 2 grown up children. You cannot expect more than this in the city. Every corner is perfect

Clean and friendly owner, stay Phuoc’s home stay if i come Đà Nẵng again

Well-maintained and clean apartment with two big rooms and living/dining areas, ample closet space, sizeable washrooms, and a very handy washer and dryer. Instructions for self check-in were clear and the process was easy. Host was very responsive to questions, even during night time. Nearby there is a cheap local eatery and a good spa place. Would be happy to stay again in future visits to Da Nang.

Great price for accomodation. The apartment was spacious and had every you could need. Daily cleaning. We didn't have the breakfast but there is a daily breakfast buffet included. The neighborhood around the hotel wasn't to flattering. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay! The apartment is in a hotel building, right across from My Khe Beach—super convenient. Check-in was smooth, and the room was spotless. The kitchen was fully equipped, perfect for our family to cook fresh seafood from the local market—way cheaper and more fun than eating out! I was a bit worried the photos wouldn’t match reality, but the spacious living room, ocean-view balcony, and two bright bedrooms exceeded our expectations. It gave our family trip the perfect start. Note: the apartment isn’t managed by the hotel, so the gym and pool require a small extra fee—totally reasonable. There’s a beach bar nearby with music until 10 PM, but it quiets down afterward. It’s a tourist area, so some nightlife is expected. Highly recommend—amazing location, clean and cozy space, and stunning views! Thanks Julie~

Great clean place close to the beach

This is the best airbnb I have stayed in Vietnam! Hong is beyond welcoming and shows incredible hospitality. She made my partner and I breakfast each morning I stayed. The room itself is perfect, spacious and very big bathroom. Her family is so Nice and loves to have conversations, they have great English skills. She has 2 very sweet dogs they are the cutest little animals. In the next years I will definitely be back! Best host ever!

Beautiful host and a beautiful villa. Sen made us feel right at home from the moment we checked in right up to us picking up our bags and checking out. Gave us great recommendations for tailors, boat rides and activities. Thank you for a lovely stay, we wish we could’ve stayed longer

We had the most wonderful stay at Kim’s. After having a rather full on trip so far we wanted to relax at the beach but have the option to venture into town and Kim’s place was perfect for this. Kim also organised a snorkelling trip, airport pick up and drop off and our washing! She also cooked up a delightful breakfast every morning - really going above and beyond host duties we felt. If you’re looking for somewhere a little bit chill and but still close enough to Hoi An centre, walkable distance to the beach and multiple coffee and food eateries - this is a perfect place to relax!

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay! Perfect for a big group. Had bottled water delivered everyday to the house, which was wonderful. The host was attentive and house was kept clean and tidy throughout our stay!

Nhi's place was perfect for a few nights in Da Nang. It is a 5 minute walk from Da Nang beach with My Khe beach a 10 minute walk down the promenade. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops close by. The room itself was nicely decorated, as pictured and spotlessly clean. Nhi and his staff were always so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

This place is so amazing - it's actually better than the display pictures. located in a super calm and peaceful area yet walkable from the main hoi an steets and markets. they had bicycles to use if we do not want to walk in the sun. Toan along with all the staff were super helpful and polite - our request for vegan options in the breakfast was very well taken care of, thank you for that. wifi worked well - many daily needs stores and restaurants in the vicinity. overall it was a great stay - will recommend this place to others and surely would like to visit again. Thank you again Toan and team for the hospitality. 🙏

Loved the stay! Staff were very helpful kind and attentive. Duy Kha was very nice, I had a room that faced the entrance so there was some loud music one night but of course the hotel can’t help that and it was over by 10pm. The room was very clean and the location was absolutely perfect

Lived our stay in the suit! Beautiful place and lovely vibe. The pool was cold which is exactly what we needed. Easy Grab to the hustle and bustle but nice to be out of the main busy area of Hoi An. Hien was so helpful with everything we needed and a lovely host. Thank you!
