Nice room, clean and new.

Khoa was a very responsive and friendly host. Our requests were attended to almost immediately. The property has a high and open view to the surrounding/the river. The bedrooms were comfortable and air conditioned. The living room is well decorated and with entertainment options. Our stay was great. We walked to some attractions albeit it was hot and humid during the day.

Adult5 Child3 On a trip with three generations It was a very suitable accommodation!! The swimming pool was very clean and the purification facility was It worked well. The air conditioner worked well in every room. Cleaning and towel replenishment were also good during consecutive nights. I have a plan to revisit!!

The place was super easy to find. Only thing was a beds were a little hard but I did not find it hard to sleep on. The star of the show was the Billard table because everybody enjoyed it. Anh tuan was super helpful and understanding about checking in early and checking out late. The price was affordable and the place was clean.

It's a great place for a big family to stay~ It's a place where both parents and children are satisfied ^^ Communication with the owner was smooth, and the location was good, so I was comfortable during the trip. We were at the accommodation, and the places we mainly used were the two marts in front, Byeonmi, Kong Cafe, and a Chinese restaurant right next to the accommodation. I wanted to go to Mitsuni, which has good reviews, but I couldn't go. The beach was close, so we could play in the water, and the swimming pool in the accommodation was at a suitable temperature, so the kids had a blast. If you're worried about large family accommodation, I recommend it~^^

We loved this little place and location! Super low key area, loved visiting Cosy Corner Cafe and going for a swim in the ocean at the end of the driveway each morning! Important to know they are 3 separate rooms with no common area but it was fine, sweet little sitting areas outside of each room and inside. Rooms look darker than photos present but still gorgeous!

There was no inconvenience with the quick response, and I had a good memory in Da Nang.👍

We met Hang on the very first day as we arrived at her property. She was very polite and showed us the whole property and gave us helpful advice too. The place was immaculate and looked like photos. We were a group of 7 people. We had no issues living at Hang’s property. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back if we are in Da Nang again. 100% recommended. She also owns a small cafe next door which only serves drink. Don’t miss it if you are in the area. Everything was at walkable distance. Walk for 5 minutes and you will be in the market. There were lots of restaurants, massage places and shops around the property. Da Nang Night Market is 8 to 10 mins away by car. 100% recommended

Great little spot. Close to the beach and easily accessible to Hoi A township via grab or bikes. David was a great host who gave excellent recommendations was responsive to questions we had and would book airport transfers and spa treatments if asked. The house was great and private. The pool was a highlight for us with many hours spent in it. The area is relatively quiet apart from a noisy rooster neighbour 😊 We loved the place and would come back again

I recommend this place to stay; I will definitely be staying here again. The host is really responsive and helpful. The location is strategic, a two-minute walk to the beach, and it is even better when you get a beach-view unit.

We had a great time, must say - never met a host like Vanne. She is very humble and cooperative. If you're visiting Da Nang then stay at her place.

Linhs place is such a nice and calm place to stay at, especially being so near to the beach!! I very much enjoyed my stay here. Studio in a resort setting; the place was clean and very well equipped where I felt like home. Been thru several places in Vietnam, and this place stands out to me. Beach is a pleasant 5 min or less walk with several pools, beach loungers, grass / green space; literally resort lifestyle but staying in your own apartment experience. Austin and Lenh were also excellent hosts responding to all inquiries. I rarely say this with AirBNBs, but would definitely stay again 👍🏻
