Holiday rentals with a patio in Hoa Lư District

We had a lovely stay at this homestay! It’s run by a wonderful family—the host and her family were incredibly kind and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home. The host’s mom was especially warm and made our stay very comfortable. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

We arrived very early via a night bus and despite the fact that the Check in was that from 2pm we were able to leave our belongings from 11am in our room, and in the meantime we were able to have breakfast. The hostesses speak English well, which made it easier for us to connect, our room was clean and had a private bathroom, possibility to rent bicycles by the day. Very good value accommodation, well located and quiet. The little extra: one bottle of fresh water offered per person when you leave

I had a pleasant night despite the noise of the road quite close , at night the cars do not drive in this area is quiet , the bed is very comfortable and the room is very clean with a very good restaurant just below . I recommend it. It's very well located if you want to be able to walk around town . Host is very accommodating

The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. The big highlight is the location, a few minutes walk from the city center with its many restaurants. You can also rent scooters and bikes. Recommended!

I had an amazing time at this villa! Upon arrival, I was amazed by the charm of the spacious, quiet, super well decorated place, it immediately felt good. Everything was fine, nothing was missing. And most importantly, the host was great: super responsive, nice, attentive... we feel that he really wants his guests to have a good time. Honestly, it was a perfect break. Lived a whole month here in December. Beautiful villa that have everything you need for a comfortable life. There is a lot of space in the bedroom, and the huge living room with kitchen at the first floor. Host comes every day to clean the kitchen and garden. Hosts are very nice. They didn't speak English, but we was able to communicate successfully through Google translate. They even invited us to their family party! Supermarket Winmart is right the next building. In the morning you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables at local market nearby. There is only one cafe and one restaurant in this village. But there are several more restaurants in 10 minutes on bike/bicycle. We had free bicycles (but unfortunately not in the good condition, because the breaks didn't work) Would totally recommend this villa for a long stay, especially if you need calm and cozy space, far from tourists crouds and close to the local life.

Le was one of the best hosts I have ever had. Fully accommodated to everything we needed including a late checkout. The house easily fit 8 of us and was a great place. Would definitely recommend
