Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Hoa Hai

Very nice elevated apartment with 2 large beds (queen size?). Please note that one of the beds is technically in the main area, or what one may call the “living room.” However, there are also 2 full bathrooms that are very clean, modern and organized… including hot water and showers that are separate from the toilet. The location is on the main beach road, but a little north of the “main area.” This means you’ll need a 15-min walk or use a ride service like Grab. The benefit of being just slightly outside the most touristy area is the beach is NOT swarming with people. It’s a much more private beach experience, which we liked. The reception girl is not always there, but she’s there when we needed her. She was very cool and nice and intelligent… a very professional and helpful person. The host was very responsive via the AirBnB app and we were able to leave our luggage after check-out while we were waiting to go to the airport. Thank you!

We were very comfortable at Mậu's place during our month long stay. The room was better than we anticipated. The table was great for working. Most utensils you would need were available. Washing machine just outside the room and plenty of places to dry clothes. The wifi and TV worked well, the bed was very comfortable and the aircon worked like a dream 👍🏻 There was always space for us to park the bike on the bottom floor and there weren't any weird rules about when you can come and go. We were given a key to get access to the property as needed. No additional electricity and water fees like most other listings. The hosts were extremely friendly. They gave us some good suggestions and helped us with our bags when we left which was kind of them. Highly recommended accommodation for a long stay. Probably the best homestay we've stayed in while in Asia.

The property is in a great spot, only 1.5 blocks from My Khe beach, down a quiet lane next to the Grand Sea Hotel (which also uses the address 8 Ha Bong St!). It's also a quick 15-20 minute walk to the Dragon Bridge or Vincom Plaza Mall. The apartment was clean and well equipped, with a fridge, microwave, kettle, 1 burner electric cook top, rice cooker, as well as enough dishes to make simple meals. Tiep was the property manager who I dealt with, and he was polite as well as very helpful!

We had a great stay. Host was very responsive with requests and location is amazing.

Great place with great staffs. You can request anything at anytime and they reply promptly and act on it same time. Breakfast and cleaning was fantastic and the place is so nice and calm to stay relaxed. Amazing hospitality and we’ll visit again for our next trip.

The housekeeper was extremely nice and helped us with our needs. Morning breakfast was included and was delicious. The villa is about 10-15 mins grab away from the old town but grabs can easily be called. Pool was nice to wind down and relax. Would recommend if you are looking for a quiet place to rest and relax.

There was plenty of room in this unit for our a family of four. It is located outside of the hustle and bustle of the Hoi An Old Quarter and An Bang Beach, but both are easily accessed via Grab. The closest grocery store we found, Moonmilk, was a few km away. The photos of the interior of the accommodation are accurate, but I would describe it as being located in an "up and coming" development. The landscaping directly across from the unit is very pretty and well maintained, but the rest of the development lacks a bit of luster. There is some traffic noise with two of the bedrooms located next to a heavily traveled four lane road. At the time of our stay, the air conditioner in the main living space was not working, but we were told it is awaiting a parts shipment. Fans were provided in place of the air conditioner, which were appreciated.

Needless to say, it is a perfect accommodation. The manager, Hana, kindly helped me with anything throughout my stay. We added breakfast and each day she organizes a different menu. She also does a good job booking massages or grabs. Free laundry is also available and you can get laundry service at a low price. She is one of the most kind and hospitable people I have ever met in Hoi An. Plenty of accommodation is great for large families with young children. Every morning they clean. Towels are also replaced frequently with new ones. The additionally requested evening BBQ is prepared very carefully and abundantly. Everyone in the family was satisfied. It is located in a quiet place, so it is good to enjoy privately. We swam and had fun every day. Anbang Beach is close enough to be moved within 10 minutes by bicycle I would like to give 100 points for service, location and cleanliness.

숙소가 조용하고 깨끗하고 좋아요! 깨톡방을 만들어 주셔서 궁금한 점이나 차 부르기에도 좋았습니다. 원래 가려던 방에 문제가 있어 더 넓은 마당이 있는 곳으로 변경해주셨는데 애견동반이어서 강아지와 함께 놀고 편히 있기 좋았습니다❤️ 바다도 가까워 산책하러 가기 좋았어요! 다만 공항, 한시장 등 주변관광지와는 거리가 멀어 이동비용이 좀 많이 나오고 주변에 편의점이나 슈퍼가 없어 불편한 점 빼고는 숙소로만은 아주아주 만족했습니다!

Wing's House offers a wide range of accommodation for everyone's need from the apartment near Da Nang airport to 2-3 bedroom apartment to spacious 13 bedroom house. I travelled with a big group family of 20+ people so I chose the Wing's House on 107 Ba Huyen Thanh Quan. Even we only booked 7 bedrooms for the group, we got the whole villa to use. We have everything we need here from kitchen, to big living room on the 1st floor where everyone can hang out, to the rooftop swimming pool and laundry. The villa has unique design with a blend of modern and greenery touch, which I really love. The location is perfect with many local food restaurants, Bac My An local market, My Khe beach. All are within 5-10 minutes walking. Mr Binh - the butler of the villa is a super nice guy and very helpful. Overall, everyone in my family from 8 year old little girl to 90 year old grandad, all had wonderful time staying here. I will definitely book with Wing's House again if I come back to Da Nang.

This is Residence B of Hyatt Resort which is a super duper huge compound. All amenities which you want will be there and can be used. All at the fraction of the price paid by Hyatt guests!

The apartment is conveniently located, close to the sea and restaurants. A bit noisy bars and karaoke around, but after 23 everything is quiet.

Fantastic unit in an awesome location. 3 spacious bedrooms each with a soft (western) bed - so good to sleep in. Unit was very clean, no issues at all. Good internet, smart TV nice furnishings. Lots of storage space, modern unit with a creative design. Located right next to My Khe Beach which is an ideal area. Lots of restaurants, shops and entertainment just downstairs all in walking distance. We will definitely return in the future.

The place looks exactly like the pictures. Yes, the building is older and the apartment shows some signs of this. But overall the apartment was very comfortable and we enjoyed our month long stay. As remote workers we loved the desk set up. The space is bright and full of light during the day. We also loved relaxing in the living room and watching TV at the end of the day. Getting to the beach is very easy and there are so many places to shop and eat nearby and also right at the ground level of the building. There are also grab bike drivers right by the building so getting around by bike is very fast and convenient. We only slept in the bedroom with the sea view and it was very comfortable. The other bedroom has a window that faces the hallway and there is light that shines from the hall all night. So my only suggestion would be a blackout curtain for that room. Otherwise this space is great for 3-4 people. I would stay here again if visiting Da Nang.

The host is fantastic! He let us check in early, gave us a gift when we checked out and even held our luggage for us. Very clean, with amazing amenities. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Da Nang!
