Supeeer recomendable, anfitrión sumamente atento, apesar de contratar el Airbnb algo tarde, por nuestra parte, mostró mucha disposición. Se encuentra ubicado en un muy buen lugar, ademas de estar muy limpio. Sin duda 10/10

place location is great, you feel safe to walk even when there is a tolerance area right next to the building. i like the place and definitely i would stay here again if i have to come back.

I loved Cindy’s place! I lived in CDMX for 5 years, so I know the area well. Though the Airbnb is in a prime area for tourists with a lot of activity, it’s a quiet street and community. Elena was extremely helpful in walking me through everything at check-in. Cindy was very responsive and provided all the necessary details without me having to ask. All the basics are provided and the building is very secure with a 24h doorman. Great small cafe across the street that opens early if you happen to be an early riser. All of the restaurants and things to-do in Condesa and Roma are within a 30 min walk or 10 min uber ride. Though it’s a studio, the layout and furniture are well placed and there’s plenty of space for two people (or one with a lot of luggage). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a conveniently located, spotless but comfy airbnb!

La ubicación es estratégica porque hay distintos transportes para llegar al centro histórico. El alojamiento es muy bonito, la decoración tiene un toque muy detallista. Es acogedor internamente, y el edificio ofrece hermosas vistas desde el roof top. Es reconfortante poder encontrar botellas de agua, café y té en el departamento. La provisión de agua es excelente, y la ducha es fácil de utilizar. La TV ofrece diferentes opciones de streaming para los momentos de descanso. ¡Quedé muy satisfecha con el lugar!

Tuve una experiencia increíble en este departamento. Desde el momento en que llegué, me impresionó la calidad y el cuidado en cada detalle del lugar. El departamento estaba impecable, perfectamente equipado y muy bien decorado, lo que lo hizo sentir como en casa desde el primer minuto. Lo que realmente destacó fue la comodidad de la cama, ¡nunca había dormido tan bien en un lugar que no fuera mi casa! Las sábanas de excelente calidad y el colchón muy cómodo. Definitivamente recomendaría este lugar a cualquiera que busque una estancia relajante, cómoda y de alta calidad. Espero que la siguiente vez que regrese a cdmx este departamento esté disponible. ¡Gracias a Arturo y a su equipo por una experiencia tan positiva, en todo momento estuvieron al pendiente de nosotros y la comunicación fue muy rápida!

Un departamento muy céntrico, la vista de la azotea es muy linda, el cuarto y la cama súper cómodos y tenía las amenidades que anunciaron nos sentimos como en casa, muchas gracias

Recomendado! La propiedad es idéntica a las fotografías mostradas, un lugar ideal para conocer la Ciudad de México y descansar, increíble vista. Alan siempre estuvo pendiente de cualquier solicitud y dispuesto a apoyar.

Rodrigo was a great host! Communicative before checking in and during my stay. The price is fair and not to mention that the metro station was just 5 mins away walking distance so it was very convenient for me and my family to travel from one place to another.

Excelente departamento, Juan Pablo nos atendió de maravilla, es un depto que vale mucho la pena, las amenidades igual espectaculares, tal cual se ve en las fotos está el espacio, la ubicación excelente.

Lugar bonito, acogedor, limpio y seguro. La limpieza excelente, ubicación estaba bien para nosotros. Abril siempre atenta, amable y clara, el precio súper Justo y accesible. Tal cual como se ve en las fotos es así el alojamiento. Nos gusto mucho estar ahí! Gracias

Amazing location in a walkable area, close to Oxxos for snacks and essentials. The view from the accommodation was simply stunning, offering a breathtaking panorama that I enjoyed from the comfort of my own space. What I appreciated most, though, was the peaceful atmosphere - it was remarkably quiet, making it the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. Adrián was super responsive and helpful, always available to answer any questions I had or assist with anything I needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great location and views with great amenities nearby.

Agustina es una excelente anfitriona, siempre al pendiente de todo. El departamento esta en una zona segura, tranquila y accesible para caminar hacia los lugares turísticos. A unos cuantos pasos el oxxo, una fruteria, panaderia, tienda de abarrotes y farmacia. En cuanto a la limpieza, el departamento estaba impecable y la cocina equipada con todo lo necesario. Nos encantó que el edificio tuviera un rooftop del que se podía ver toda la ciudad. En general fue una estancia muy agradable. Sin duda volveríamos!!

El lugar coincide con la descripción y fotos, era muy limpio y muy cómoda en general la estancia. Carlos estuvo al pendiente de cada duda presentada y fue muy claro con las indicaciones para acceder al lugar.

What a great place to stay right by beautiful Coyocan! The gym and pool were great and the apartment is really more like a condo - tons of space! I would definitely stay again.

It was easy check in, and the host was really nice and always responded quickly. The place is nice and clean. I would recommend to anyone that has a vacation or business trip.

My family & I enjoyed our stay at Casa Metl. The location in Roma Sur was great, close enough to all of the action but removed enough for a laid back vibe. The house is exactly as pictured. Host interation was quick and easy. Highly recommend!

Un lugar excelente, se siente como estar en casa, es la segunda vez que ocupamos este lugar y el anfitrión siempre está atento y se preocupa por sus huéspedes, la casa está impecable, buena zona, todo cercano, y accesible. nos encantó y si volveremos en futuros viajes que tengamos.

We had a group of 8 and this house was absolutely perfect for us. We had more than enough rooms for everybody, even extra ones. We loved that there was so much space, it didn't feel crowded at all. You didn't have to be in your room to have privacy, you can be out in the garden, the rooftop, etc. We appreciated the multiple dining rooms. Everyone tended to gather in the kitchen because the food was there but if we wanted more space to play games or just talk, we could move to the other dining areas. We also had chefs come over and they were able to use the kitchen all to themselves while all of us stayed in the other dining room. Amenities we didn't think we needed but were actually happy to have were: laundry, the gym and restroom right by the main hall. I want to emphasize how beautiful this house was. The flooring, all the wood, the blinds were easy to use, the decor. Most of all, Samuel was an amazing guard and Hector an amazing host. They made it all the best experience!

Viajamos mi familia y yo. Con mis pequeños sobrinos desde 3 meses de edad hasta 11 años. Contaban con todo lo necesario para que ellos estuvieran cómodos. Pero sobre todo, seguros. Se ve que la casa está pensada para la comodidad de sus huéspedes de todas las edades. Fue súper fácil llegar, una colonia privada y segura. Las Camas deliciosas. Impecablemente limpio. La cocina muy bien equipada. Luis y María fueron muy amables y atentos, en todo momento excelente comunicación. Cumpliendo con todas las expectativas de la publicación y muchas amenidades más. Los detalles de cortesía siempre se agradecen y más cuando llegas de un largo viaje y con niños jeje. Sin dudarlo en nuestro siguiente viaje a la CDMX serán nuestra primer opción siempre. Regresamos a nuestros hogares muy felices y agradecidos por los excelentes anfitriones y una casa donde se respira la unión familiar en cada rincón 🩷

Had the best time staying here with a group of 9!! Gorgeous space with fantastic amenities. Exactly as described, extremely comfortable, and in a great location - just a 15 minute walk to Roma Norte. There’s a fantastic coffee shop, Mandrake, right on the corner, and a great bar, Dona Vero, a block away. Truly could not be happier with our choice! Fantastic and proactive hosts who were so kind and accommodating - we were able to check in a bit early and they allowed us to leave our bags past check out and pick them up later since we had an evening flight. And when one of the toilets kept running, they sent maintenance over to have a look and resolve it just a few hours later! Highly recommended!!
