Villa holiday rentals in Hispaniola

We had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay at Villa Sabina in Las Terrenas! The property was beautiful and surrounded by stunning natural scenery that made every moment feel peaceful and special. The two housemaids were incredibly gracious and attentive—they went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met, and their kindness truly made our stay even more enjoyable. The host, Jacques, was also extremely responsive and provided us with fantastic recommendations for local activities and places to eat, which made our experience even better. My entire family loved every single minute we spent there. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

This place makes a fantastic base in Cabarete. The private pool is amazing and they've done a beautiful job with the aesthetic. The beds are very comfortable too! It was a wonderful place to stay with my small family. They even provided a pack and play for my baby. Overall, I'd book again in a heartbeat and recommend this stay to others. A couple things I will mention are that the kitchen is beautiful, but there are hardly any things to cook with, and the dishes aren't what you'd expect from a place like this. Also, we had some issues with both showers not draining very well. Even with these minor issues, I'd still highly recommend staying here, and hopefully some of these things are addressed for future guests.

Not sure where to start! Jesus and Alma were fantastic hosts, very kind and offered us many recommendations. The property and home itself are stunning. So many small details that make a big difference :). Beautiful flowers and plants in every room, fully equipped kitchen and comfy furnishings. Thank you so much! We’ll be back :)

Don’t hesitate, just book it. The location is unbelievably peaceful and we were fortunate to be there while there weren’t many other guests. Even if there were others, we wouldn’t have known unless we ran into them on the beach or a path. The staff were friendly and very responsive to any questions are requests we had. We ordered the majority of our meals from the chef and were never left hungry. The flavors were amazing and the portions very generous. The villa was itself was incredible! We loved the layout and the details throughout. We would absolutely book at Ocama again and are already recommending it to all of our friends.

Wow... really beautiful home, the pictures doesn't even describe just how pristine and beautiful the home really is. But the make-or-break part of any trip for me, is interacting with the host and the staff. Jose's staff is excellent! What a pleasure... they are outstanding... super friendly, helpful, responsive. I travel often, and I use Abnb quite often and I'd rate this as one of my best experiences. It's in the city center Este Santo Domingo so everything is close (shopping mall, restaurants), the beach is a few miles away approx 20-25 min drive depending on the traffic I recommend spending a day in Boca beach. Theres are a few night clubs that are close as well. Thank you Jose, I definitely look forward to staying with you on another trip!

The description and photos really don't do it justice. When you arrive, you immediately connect with nature, the sound of the river, the birds, everything was great. You can see the effort they put in to make sure the place had everything you needed. The hosts are always ready and their good attitude is contagious. In short, it was a real pleasure to have traveled to this wonderful place. Highly recommended!

Excellent place for be in peace with the family great staff

The pictures do not do the place justice! We had a large group of 12 adults staying and we all enjoyed every bit of the airbnb! Leo and Francini (the property manager) helped make our experience a 5-star experience. They were able to connect us to an incredible chef, a fantastic tour operator, and lovely housekeepers who not only made it easy for us to enjoy our time but helped customize our trip to fit in all the excursions we wanted and the staggered arrivals. Highly recommend if you're looking to explore Las Terrenas or relax on the property or the beach!

All at Filgia house was as described and shown in the photos. A beautiful house and an incredible helpful staff. She and Frank were very attentive, on helping us with everything. 200% recommended!

Me and my friends stayed at this beautiful home for five days and all I have is nothing but positive feedback. The home was absolutely dropdead gorgeous it was in a private gated community with guards and I felt really safe. The pool is amazing and the rooms were spacious! The host kept in contact with me and checked on me daily and the maids went all out for us they even helped some of us with our laundry per request. I highly recommend this property and I can’t wait to come back Sosua with my friends in the near future.

This place was amazing had a great time there. Big rooms, kitchen and sitting areas. Lovely pool in the backyard. I will recommend this place to anyone visiting in the Punta Cana area.

I visited with my friends for my birthday. Helena was very helpful and always responded right away. As everyone else has said the star of the show is MaryBelle. She was AMAZING. We bought all our own groceries and she always had breakfast waiting for us when waking up. We would leave for the day and the house would be cleaned and beds made. Beach towels were always cleaned and laundered for us. I have not stopped raving about this trip. I would 100% come back and stay here again. We rented the golf cart which was helpful to get around different parts of the resort. There’s a beach walking distant. My group and I have 0 complaints about the house. Highly recommend! Helena also gave recommendations before arriving on where to eat and visit. We will be back!

We spent two wonderful weeks at Casa Pauli. The house is grand, tasteful and spotless. The 1km walk to the spectacular beach was a daily treat (really) with beautiful landscaping throughout Residence Esperanza (and other breathtaking properties to gawk at). We loved Chef Luis’ delicious dinners (cheaper than eating out!). This is a tastefully decorated and expansive Villa, with lots of comfortable spots to sit, relax and enjoy the view. We all loved our stay. And, we took a particular shine to Nanci, our very hard-working, diligent and charming caretaker. Nanci made our holiday extra special. We hope to return. Thanks to all.

Our stay was excellent! Starting with Olimpia allowing us an early check in since our flight was so early. The house was clean and the staff so friendly. The house is in an urban neighborhood, all the neighbors are very nice and kind. Tons do go around the property. The main space is perfect for groups that want to have a nice time. I traveled with friends to celebrate my birthday and the house was perfect. I was able to reach out to Olimpia for recommendations and she also helped us organize a trip to Ermitaño that was incredible! Thank you so much cannot wait to be back.

Since we arrived at the villa, we knew we were in a special place. Each corner of the house is full of history, art, and details that make it unique. It's more than a place to stay - it's a space that feels alive, with a soul. The employees were simply exceptional: attentive, friendly, always available and willing to make us feel at home. Hospitality was on a different level, and you could see the love and care with which everything is handled. Exploring each room was like walking through a private gallery; each piece, each object, has a story to tell. The villa's atmosphere is inviting, elegant, and deeply inspiring. This is definitely not just a place to stay, it's a place that takes your heart. We will definitely be back!

This place was in a perfect spot not to far from anything. House was just like pictures but even better when in person ! A lot of my close family members saw the villa and were highly impressed and now interested in renting for future visits. Thank you Walter !

We stayed at the house with a group of friends. Everybody loved the place. The house was peaceful, confortable, well equipped and really close to the beach. We would definitely stay there again.

Place is even nicer in real life than on the pictures. Garden is very peaceful, only a few minutes walk to the beach. And we enjoyed being able to order food to the villa with the Komida app (would recommend tropik bowl).
