The house is stunning, and the neighborhood is equally lovely. It’s a peaceful and tranquil place, exactly as described. Everything was perfect! The pool was amazing! But when we visited, the tree fence around it wasn’t fully grown yet, so it’s a bit too exposed. It’s a gated community, so only the guards passed by. Alicia Beach 🏖️ was great! It’s about 20-25 minutes from the house by car. There are others, similar distances. There was supermarket delivery and you have a Chef available for a fee. Will most likely be back!

Fantastic Villa in Bahia de Ocoa. Beautifully decorated home with excellent amenities and pools. The views are phenomenal. Everything was in working order. The air conditioning was greatly appreciated. Loved this place. Highly recommended.

The place looked exactly like the photos — clean, cozy, and very well-kept. It’s clear that the host puts a lot of effort into making guests feel comfortable: the house had everything needed for a pleasant stay. Communication was quick and polite, and any questions were resolved without delay. Overall, a very positive experience.

Excellent service and beautiful place to go with friends and family for private fun! For sure, I’ll be back!

My wife and I stayed here for one night ,would’ve liked to stay longer ,very cute and spacious and clean ..Indy was super helpful !

We loved staying at Casa Nirvana! It is just like shown in the pictures. The whole house is super comfortable! We even asked for the brand of the pillows and mattresses, because we all felt well rested after the first night sleeping here. We also appreciate how well equipped the kitchen was! Wow! They have everything you need and more in the kitchen! Caroline was the perfect hostess! Super proactive, responsive and always on time! We highly recommend Casa Nirvana.

La casa es preciosa; fácil de llegar aunque el camino un poco rústico. Cerca de playas y llegares de interes. Los anfitriones de 10 siempre pendientes a nosotros. Lo único que echamos en falta fue un microondas en la casa.

The house is lovely, so nicely integrated into the nature, very stylish, cozy, peaceful and functional. Very close to the center and easy to find. We really enjoyed our stay! And the hosts are very friendly, helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this place and would love to come back again

La cama muy limpia y acogedora, y sobre todo moderna y tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar y esta cerca de muchos lugares para visitar en Sosua

La villa es encantadora, un lugar privado para pasar un delicioso fin de semana, nos encantó y volveremos. Tips para futuros huéspedes: les sería mejor si van en vehículos como 4x4, jeep o vehículos de todo terreno, ya que al ser una villa privada en una loma, deben subir por un terreno no asfaltado, y no quedan restaurantes o bares cerca, así que, deben llevar sus comestibles… pero, eso no hará su estadía menos fabulosa, el lugar es hermoso, ideal para pasarlo en familia o con amigos, la villa es muy espaciosa, con vista hacia otras villas en las montañas, deliciosa verdad, sin palabras con esta belleza. 🥰

Todo excepcional. La villa está hermosa con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Todo muy limpio, la decoración exquisita, alrededores hermosos, empleados amables. Amaury como co-host estuvo pendiente a cada mínimo detalle, la comunicación excelente. Marleny como host es comprensiva, amable y atenta. Sin dudas recomiendo este espacio al 100%.

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön, mit einer tollen Aussicht. Die Ausstattung ist super, alles da was man braucht. Die Lage ist gut. Allerdings finde ich es abends zu Fuß in die Stadt etwas unangenehm. Es ist dunkel und laut! Uns haben früh morgens die Hähne, Hühner und Hunde geweckt. Abends war von allen Seiten Musik bis spät zu hören. Für Ruhe suchende also etwas schwierig. Aber wir fanden es sehr authentisch und hatten Spaß daran. Las Terrenas bietet sehr viel, für jeden ist was dabei. Eine tolle Umgebung. Katrin war uns mit Auskünften über die Gegend und Unternehmungen immer behilflich. Die Klimaanlage, bzw. der gesamte genutzte Strom für den Aufenthaltszeitraum, muss extra bezahlt werden. Insgesamt ist diese Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, vielen Dank dafür!

Beautiful home me and my family enjoyed it

We had such a wonderful stay! This was our first vacation with our 18 month old toddler, which we were so scared of - but it was so so perfect. The house had everything we needed for him, crib, high chair, microwave for his milk, etc. Carlos' communication was amazing, he always responded immediately and helped us with absolutely everything we needed (airport cars, a buggy rental at the house, massages, etc). The house was beautiful as was the location. The beach we could walk to was fantastic! Also Jackie, who cooked all our meals was AMAZING! Her food was beyond delicious, she was so sweet and kind, and our 18 month old toddler was absolutely in love with her. Can't recommend enough, definitely going back!

We had an amazing time at casa madera! Not only was Jennifer extremely responsive to our questions and requests, Dora, the housekeeper, was absolutely an angel. The food she prepared left us feeling like home. We had a 3 year old and I am very pregnant and it was the perfect combination of a serene place for me to rest while the 3 year old wasn’t short of places to run and play (the pool, walkable beach, kid friendly excursions, a kayak, places to walk and ground) 10/10 would recommend to friends and family! I hope to visit again in the future.

Me encantó, Nancy es super atenta, la casa tiene todo, muy bien con todos los utensilios y servicios adecuados, sus atenciones fueron excelentes y tal cual como ella lo indica. Volvería alojarme aquí sin ningún problema, totalmente recomendable, mis amigas y yo quedamos encantadas. La casa es igual que las fotos o mejor dicho mucho más linda.

Tuve una estadía excelente en esta casa con vista a la montaña. Es un lugar realmente especial: muy tranquilo, rodeado de naturaleza, ideal para desconectarse del ritmo diario y descansar. La casa es acogedora, bien equipada y con un ambiente cálido que invita a relajarse. Uno de los aspectos que más disfruté fue la temperatura del lugar; es tan agradable que no se necesita aire acondicionado en ningún momento. El acceso en general es bueno, pero me gustaría compartir mi experiencia personal: llegué en una Ford Explorer (vehículo SUV, pero no 4x4) y me resultó algo dificultoso subir los últimos 50 metros hasta la casa. Por eso, en mi opinión, un vehículo 4x4 podría ser recomendable para mayor comodidad, aunque no es estrictamente necesario. Nelson, el anfitrión, fue increíblemente amable y hospitalario. Desde el primer momento nos recibió con una actitud muy cálida, nos explicó con claridad todo lo relacionado con la casa y siempre estuvo disponible para cualquier consulta.

My stay at this villa was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the space felt warm, inviting, and just like home. The environment was incredibly peaceful and relaxing—exactly what I needed for a refreshing getaway. The villa itself was beautifully maintained, offering both comfort and charm throughout our visit. Arianna, the cohost, went above and beyond to make our experience smooth and enjoyable. She was extremely responsive via text and welcomed my friend and me with kindness and professionalism. She took the time to give us a quick tour of the property, answered all our questions, and even recommended some amazing local spots for dining, entertainment, and sightseeing. Thanks to her hospitality and the overall serenity of the location, our trip exceeded expectations. I’m already looking forward to my next visit—I would love to return!

This is one of the best AirBnB experiences I've ever had. Felix was an excellent host and being in this property truly felt like a dream. Everything was extremely clean and organized. Check in was very fast and straight to the point, Felix had provided very clear and easy to follow instructions for the check in process as well as all other details about the house itself. Me and my kids will definitely be staying here again in the near future.
